Great spot! The roof top bar is definitely worth checking out. The pier and the beach is steps away. Definitely gonna come back.

Loved the Location! Hotel convenient,short walking distance to beach, Pompano Beach Pier, Restaurants, shopping. Excellent location, clean , great view of the ocean will stay at Property again.

Loved the property and free breakfast. Did not like that younger children of guests monopolized the pool and were playing “football throws” - nerf ball, across pool, while adult guests were in pool. Parents really not controlling their children and are rude/ignorant. Also, guests taking excess pool towels, resulting in no pool towels available when guests use pool later in day. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Bel hôtel, très bien situé, petits déjeuners variés. La literie des lits est quelconque, nous avons demandé une couverture supplémentaire que nous n’avons jamais reçue. Vous avons aussi demandé des serviettes pour trois et la réparation du coffre-fort de la chambre, mais il n’y a pas eu de suivi. Nous avons aussi été réveillé par des aboiements de chiens à deux reprises en 5 nuits.

Our room was not ready at check in. It didn't stop there. We went 4days without having our room made up until we complained and then it was done after 7pm. Terrible. The breakfast stations were disgusting. Nothing organized and everything just put out there. Nobody cleaning up. Very dirty. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry. It wasn't cheap and definitely not worth what we spent.

Unpleasant staff in Breakfast area. Micro managed food. Parking is terrible. Front desk staff looked as if they just came from a slumber party, t-shirts and very wrinkled clothing. Why are bar hours not user friendly, why wait till 3pm on a beautiful day in a beautiful place on the roof with a fantastic view to share cocktails. Had to take my money across the street. Not adequate furniture, need 2 chairs, not one. Prefer a dresser when extended stay involved. Unload my suitcase on a dormitory type shelf, terrible idea. And the hanging area is located above the serving area. Are you kidding, almost knocked my drink over or worse clothing dipping into the ice bucket. In room 511, we heard noise like moving furniture overhead on roof area almost every day. The ENTIRE staff needs a course on basic customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED. expected more from a Hilton property.

Biggest issue was the key system. Had to go to desk to reactivate 3 times. Also had an issue with the key that is used for exiting. Had to pay with credit card and hopefully they submitted the credit properly. Other than that the hotel is well situated.

It is wonderful except for the fact that I have to pay extra for parking in a garage as there is no parking at the facility, and I was not told about it prior, staff helpful otherwise The location and surrounding area is spectacular.

I had a perfectly nice stay at this location. While the hotel is very nice, the staff is the prize. Every staff member was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hope management gives them a bonus or a raise because hotels would be nothing without a competent staff. My only issue was not being aware of the parking situation. Having prior knowledge would have been preferred. There is an adjacent parking garage. However, you must go inside and get a pass to put on your dashboard before you can park there overnight. Now that I know this, it will make checking in even easier in the future.
