We booked two queen rooms for a night before a cruise. Our flight unfortunately got delayed so we didn't arrive until 5:00am. So we only used the rooms for a few hours. It was convenient to have an airport shuttle but it took much longer to arrive than we were told. The rooms were fine and it was convenient to have breakfast there. However, the hotel sent me a text when I booked that said we could use a shuttle service from their hotel to the cruise port for $10 a person. We used this service but found out later when reviewing my credit card bill that instead of $60 for 6 people in the shuttle to the port, the hotel charged us $96. I called twice to ask about the charge and both times was told there was no one there who could help me because it is an outside company and that the price for the shuttle is $15 plus tax. I would have to dispute the charge with the shuttle company. It was the Holiday Inn that told me the incorrect price, not the shuttle. Had we been given the correct information, we would have taken an Uber for way less. Don't be fooled by their false advertising.
