“"Hidden Treasure"”

Absolutely one of the greatest places we have stayed at in Fort Lauderdale. Not only was it charming but its' location was perfect.

nice, quiet and close to beach, water taxi stops there (whistle stop), dock on waterway, nice little cat lives there, recommended

The place is clean, comfortable with fancy decorations. View is good, waterfront, swiming pool is heated, 10 minutes walk to beach. Kitchen has everything you want. You just can treat it as your home. Owner is a very nice lady, I really like her and her hotel, feel so relax here.

The Holiday Isle Yacht Club fulfilled all our expectations with regard to price and location. The suite has obviously had a makeover since first constructed and this has made it homely with modern decor and appliances. It was clean and tidy. The outdoor appearance of the complex is pleasing with the landscaped grounds neat and well maintained. The office staff were very helpful. We were able to walk to the beachfront and it was not far either north or south to restaurants and some shops, but a drive to the supermarket. A bonus was being able to walk to the nearby State Park which affords an oasis of untouched nature in the middle of the concrete jungle. We found it a straightforward drive from the airport and parking was by issued permit right out the front.

“A hidden gem in Fort Laurderdale”

We had little exposure to hotel staff. The place is a bit old but a great location right on the intercoastal waterway. The kitchen was well supplied. A full day on the water taxi which picked us up & dropped us off at the hotel was the highlight of our entire week in Florida. It was not crowded, but we meet several pleasant travelors while there. Actually, compared with an earlier stay at a fancy Marriott on Singer Island, we had a better time here.
