The rooms were very clean, friendly staff. The pool was great. Loved having chairs for the beach which is a quick walk at end of street. We would definitely stay here again….

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was always clean and the towels were fresh. They provided beach chairs, that we were able to hold onto for our entire stay. They also provided clean beach towels daily when you swapped your used ones. The beach was only a 2 min walk away with plenty of food options along the boardwalk. They had designated parking spaces for hotel guests so that made going in and out convenient when needed. The kitchenette was stocked with utensils, plates, cups and pots/pans. Overall, I recommend staying here for the location and accomodations.

Love this place! Stayed here in 2018 and wasn’t disappointed going back. It’s an old facility, but extremely well maintained, half a block to the beach, lots of dining options and shopping on the Broadwalk. Can eat it for the price.

People partied outside of the units all night long and were very loud. You could hear everything. Blinds didn’t fully stop light from coming into the room at night and the AC made a loud noise all night long.

I’ve stayed here 4 times! Very walkable to shopping, dining and the beach. Comfy beds, clean units, great A/C, cute pool, nice staff and just what you need for a beach vacation.

The room was clean but very outdated with damaged furniture and cabinets. We only stayed one night for a cruise so it was perfect for that. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a whole week vacation though.

This close to the beach with a reasonable price! The staff was very nice and professional both evening and day shift. It was a safe place. People were very relaxed. Near food and beachfront activities and restaurants on the Main Street and nearby hotels too.

We stayed in room 52, which is a house converted into multiple units at one time. The room was nice since it had windows on three sides, and it’s on the second floor, so no noisy neighbors. But, the window a/c was very loud, as was the ceiling fan. The room it self wasn’t bad, it had a strong odor of perfumed cleaning product, I think. The bathroom was disgusting. A lot of mold, we did not have any shampoo or conditioner, the hand towel was dirty, the two towels and one washcloth was frayed and very thin. I didn’t shower because the shower and tub grossed me out. Went to the office and they gave us shampoo, and were very friendly and apologetic. But, the second evening, we didn’t have any washcloths. So I had to go over and get some. The building and rooms just need a lot of TLC. The redeeming factor was its proximity to the beach and the water taxi and restaurants, and boardwalk. And they do provide a beach chair and towel per person. We stayed two nights. I wouldn’t stay in that unit again. The other ones may be better. It’s a complex of old style motels and one time houses.

About 8 months ago I stayed here and the staff was amazing and my room was clean and looked really nice. I had such a great experience 8 months ago I came back this past week! And it was the same very clean and the staff was amazing. I will be returning again.

The floor needs to be swept more often and needs to be mopped. Our feet were very dirty after getting out of the shower and walking in the room with nothing on your feet.
