“FT Lauderdale's Hidden Haven”

The hotel is in an area that allows one to walk to the main thoroughfare in Lauderdale or drive to many restaurants and stores in the area. The hotel itself contains everything that one would need , therefore one could spend an entire vacation there without ever having to leave. My only criticism would be that the restaurant downstairs did not serve dinner until seven. There were children in our group, and it was pouring. Because of this downpour, the pool restaurant was closed. Overall, the hotel leaves little to be desired. The beach, the pool, and the rooms are all first rate. Because parking is so scarce in Ft. Lauderdale, patrons have to pay a fee of twenty two dollars a day to park.

“Wonderful time”

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and both times it was great. The only difference I saw this time was the pool side service was slower this time. Even though there was a lot of construction as a guest you didn't really notice it. The spa was a wonderful experience and very enjoyable. Overall a great weekend.

An excellent choice for the money. Convenient, good service, friendly staff. They do charge alot for parking and internet. These are the only drawbacks.

My husband and I recently returned from ft lauerdale. We loved the hotel. The location was perfect. The spa was exceptional with awesome staff. One of our best vacations!!

We stayed Monday to Saturday two weeks ago. There is some construction going on at this hotel, but it is not a bother at all. The hotel is AMAZING!!!!!!! The beach is beautiful... The pool is so relaxing. Everyone staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back to relax and recharge. The frozen drinks by the pool were great!!! The Riva Salad and the quesadilla at the Riva Restaurant were awesome. Dinner at 3030 Ocean was exciting and fun, it was very upscale.

Awesome place to stay on the beach. The staff was awesome, especially the pool and beachside servers.

Terrific customer focused hotel and staff. Great location right on the beach with plenty of restaurants on site and nearby. Shopping just a few blocks away and plenty of beach activities and water sports available. Beautiful location and great stay overall.

“Can't wait to go back”

Loved the ocean front balcony and view. The pool is wonderful with waterfall and two hot tubs nearby. The walks on the beach were great. Fun to watch the surfers, pelicans and cruise ships going in and out of the harbor nearby. Be warned - parts of the hotel are under construction. Probably why the price is good right now.
