Last Minute Fun Vacation
Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts about 5 minutes away. The kitchen was very nice with everything you'd need, including what appear to be updated appliances. Quibbles: I had to have the hot tub controls explained to me. Alex did a good job doing so over the phone, but it would be nice if it would have been posted in the house somewhere. Also, because we registered too late, we could not get the pool heated in time for arrival. Make sure to let them know in advance if you will be using the pool. Given that I registered for this place the day before arrival, the owners did a wonderful job of getting it ready for us. That was super-excellent. The place has what we wanted, so we had an excellent stay.

A Tropical Paradise Indeed!
We had a fabulous time at this VRBO house. We were very impressed with the level of care and thoughtfulness put into preparing this property. It is in very good condition, with all the high end amenities a family would need. We especially enjoyed the back yard with the heated pool and spa, lots of space in the sun, or in the shade - the awnings are a nice touch. The owner replied to my queries promptly, and helped to accommodate our unexpected change of plans when we first booked. The maintenance manager was very helpful and answered my few queries promptly, and solved any issues , which were minor, quickly. Our family had a wonderful time!

Pool and spa were great once I figured out how the heater worked. Took a full day to figure out because instructions were missing pages and wrong (i did talk to the manager and they said :"just push the spa button" that was not the answer. Beds were the real issue, cheapest mattress available and the comforters were junk. For the price they should have better instructions for the pool and the beds should be better. I'm only 38 and my shoulders and neck were all screwed up from that bed. Side note I didn't bring a pet but there was black dog hair all over.

Dear Aaron, As you left a very unfair review, I would like to clarify each point so other guests don't get influenced by your unfounded comments. The pool system was updated a few months ago, our maintenance department explained to you that the pool, spa, lights, etc., should be set on and off by using the pool control. If you wanted to use the spa, just press the spa option. Your problem was that you wanted the pool to be at the spa temperature 95F, the pool heat is recommended to be at 85F, during your stay it was at 91F. You are the first guest to complain about the beds, all mattresses were bought at City Furniture and bed quilts are Martha Stewart that cost $158 each. Also, bad selection of word by saying "junk". Regarding pet hair, that is false; however, a normal guest, if he/she found pet hair all over obviously would call us immediately, correct? We don't have any call, any e-mail, any message, any word from you about any issue with the house. Your only concern was that you wanted the spa at 105 F and the pool at 95F.

This property is amazing!! The whole house is beautiful and you’ll have everything you need to make a Fantastic dinner with dessert too! The pool and spa was absolutely relaxing especially at night under the stars and tranquil neighborhood. Will definitely try to book this property again when coming to Beautiful Florida. Did I mention there’s a Starbucks right down the street 😀

5 Star Resort Home
This home exceeds its advertising. The host is super attentive. Communication is easy and excellent. This home and property were very clean. The home is roomier than we expected. This home is totally equipped with everything you need to live daily life in and to vacation from. By far the best equipped home we've ever stayed at. Landscaping is awesome and at a 5 star resort quality. The home is totally ammenitized and newly remodeled. The cascading waterfall is relaxing to hear as you work or relax in the home or by the pool. The rear patio is fully furnished with a large table for dining, a sofa and love seat area and a chase lounge area for sunning. Awnings provide extra shade for the table and sofa area. The sunsets seen through the rear yard palm trees are awesome. This home and our experience with the house and the host was a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Warm week at this oasis
It was fantastic. The pool, hot tub and patio gave us exactly what we needed for a week of warm escape from the bortheast. The outside is nicer than the pics, if you can imagine, as the pics are great! And the inside was perfect for our two families of 4. TVs in each room and new and fresh furnishings. It was also a great home base in between the beach and the everglades. Finally, the few questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend!

The house was lovely and it was close to everything you'd need. It was a quick drive to the beach. The highlight of the house is the pool, it was larger then expected. It was however very slippery by the back door. The kids fell a couple times and my wife fell hard the first night. The door mat at the backdoor just holds water so even if your feet are dry they won't be when you step inside. Outside of that we had a great time staying there. The pictures do not due the house justice. It looks even better in person.

Great Outdoor Space
The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic! The patio was spacious and a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine. The one criticism was that there were not enough lounge chairs outdoor when our children came to visit and was also not the most comfortable furniture. The neighborhood was great for walking/jogging. The house itself was the perfect size. The property management team was always very responsive if something came up. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Our stay was enjoyable overall and worked great for our group. The backyard was just beautiful!! We wished for a few less trees to have more time with sun but enjoyed every bright moment back there! The shape of the pool and landing area were perfect! We did struggle getting the hot tub and pool warm but got the problem fixed after a few days. One of the bedroom tv's occasionaly gave sound but no picture until you turned off and back on. One of the showers also never got hot enough to shower in for us. None of our issues wrecked our stay and we had a great time. The owners were very responsive!!

Property had a great pool snd spa as well as a private well laid out backyard. Only Down side to the property was that the water in both showers was warm at best. The guest shower was not even warm enough to be usable My wife washed her hair in the kitchen sink as it got hot due to it being close to the heat source. Overall it was a great visit to a warm climate.

The property was very nice, private and secluded. The pool was awesome and clean. The Argentine style grill came as a pleasant surprise, was a bit messy when we got there, but I am a grill man and got it all cleaned up, seasoned and working fantastic.

Just a get away
The house was a perfect getaway for our family. The owners did such a great job accommodating all of our needs. The one issue we had was with a lot of mosquitoes outside by the pool but of course the owners could do but so much about that! Aside from this, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and all of the amenities they provided added to our visit (beach gear, lawn chairs, etc.) Also, the pool and hot tub was well maintained. This feature was a true delight and the owners taught us how to operate the pool.

I have stayed at various properties in the past but this one amazed with how immaculate, clean, well maintained it was with every detail thought out to ensure guests were comfortable and had everything we needed. In fact, I have never seen this level of organization and thoughtfulness before. The house was very comfortable and the backyard was our own private resort. We enjoyed staying here for our 4 day vacation. The house is well laid out and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the owners went above and beyond with the necessities that are needed, such as cleaning products/dishwasher soap/ hand soaps in bathrooms/pool toys/beach seats and towels and so on - excellent! The kitchen is well fitted with pots and pans and everything you need to cook family meals. The location is quiet and safe and the outside pool area is very pleasant. Overall, the property is well maintained and would highly recommend staying here. A good time was had by all.

Spring Break 2019 with the family
The house was beautiful in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The 6 of us were very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms. The pool was the centerpiece of our vacation. The pool controls were a little tricky despite the step by step handbook provided but once we were shown how to properly heat the spa, it was lovely. The only negatives for the entire week were: Pool vacuum was broken so pool floor got dirty very quickly Outdoor grill starter button was broken so we had to use the lighters provided Only 4 rolls of toilet paper provided for 6 people $10 a day electricity allowance (you have to pay for any extra use) was a little ridiculous for 6 people when there is a pool and a hot tub and a/c and laundry machines that are being used. But all in all it was a great stay The owners/property managers were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had Would recommend!

Tropical paradise getaway
Our stay at this house was wonderful. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and the house is big enough for everyone to have their own space. The back yard/pool area is amazing. The trees, pool, hot tub, privacy make this house incredible. The awnings provide shade out of the pool and the trees provide some shade in the pool. The bathrooms- at least where showers and toilets are located are very small, but useable. The only thing I would suggest is to bring a fan or two... the air only goes down to 76 and when the bedroom doors are shut at night it gets very stuffy in the bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be interested in staying again. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this home.

This house was really nice. We stay in a lot of VRBO's and usually there are a number of issues, but this house was unusually great. There were no old, saggy beds, no lack of toilet paper, not even the usual cupboard full of dirty dishes - in fact the dishwasher works very well. The highlight of the house is certainly the pool area in the back yard. It's very lovely, well maintained and private. Plenty of seating, pool is nicely heated, it's all very relaxing. Beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new, kitchen was well appointed and even had plastic kids dishes, all of the appliances worked properly. The house was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Florida experience.
This is the second time we have stayed at this house and this year was just as nice as last year. The house was immaculate and the pool clean and inviting. We are centrally located being close to restaurants, museums, local sites and only 25 minutes from the airport. It was a truly relaxing week.

Very clean and comfortable home, nicely furnished and decorated. The pool is gorgeous and definitely the highlight. Easy self check in and check out. The toilets are located in very small spaces in both bathrooms, but definitely not a reason to score this place anything other than a 5.

Definitely a Tropical Paradise
Our trip consisted of 5 friends who needed a place where we each could have our own space. This property fit our requirements perfectly. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was awesome and a place we spent a lot of time just relaxing. We would highly recommend this delightful get away for a vacation to the Fort Lauderdale area since it’s location is close to shopping, beaches and some really good restaurants. Check in was super easy and if you needed to communicate with the owner it was prompt. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Das Haus ist in einer guten Lage mit überwiegend Einfamilienhäusern, ansonsten wie inseriert. Beeindruckend ist der Aussenbereich mit dem grossen Pool und vielen Palmen. Restaurants sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Der Eigentümer / Verwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.
