Very Disappointed
roaches/other bugs, water damage, strong odor of mold and water damage all over the room and the shower was filthy and rusting. didn't get any sleep do to the odor and the noise produced by the running toilet, homeless living near by and vehicles racing up and down the street.

Marriot Residence Inn-
We stayed here two years ago while visiting family. My husband chose this place as it was financially feasible. We had such a positive experience we decided we wanted to stay here again. It's not a fancy place but it is comfortable, clean & in a good location. I used the weight room this time although I could have gone to Planet Fitness, just about a 10 minute walk. The weight room is also not fancy but it is clean, water is available & it had the equipment I needed. We stayed in a studio room & that was also a key reason we stayed. To have the mini kitchen available helped with cutting down expenses. The staff are friendly, breakfast offers a decent variety of breakfast options, it is eco aware & it's just all in all a good place to stay.

Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Location is great with easy access to highway and local stores. Breakfast service needs improvement.

I was on the second floor and the road noise was terrible. The bathroom counters were so low that I almost had to kneel to brush my teeth. There was no soap to wash your hands after going to the bathroom. I used the body wash from the shower till I bought my own. The refrigerator made a loud whiney noise when it came on. The first 2 days we were there the wifi didn't work.

I sincerely apologize for the issues during your stay. I will make sure that our housekeeping department is making sure that there is a bar soap in every bathroom. This is not the experience we expect our guests to have. We appreciate all our guest's patience from when construction in the area had an accident that caused internet to go out in the whole area. On property our staff did everything they could to get it back up as fast as possible. I hope that some time in the future we get to show you a proper stay at our hotel.

A horrible nights day for me and my fiancé
The microwave was broken and beeped all night. The first night the bed was broken and slept horrible and after changing rooms the other room was dirty and unclean properly leftover trash in the cabinets and underneath the bathroom sink with stink of mold in the microwave is broken in that room also. Along with little to no cooking utensils, or pots and pans

This property is run down and in need of an update. Service is bizarre. Tried to check in at 6pm and they still didn't have our room ready, just told us to wait 45 min. No apology. Then, after we checked in they informed us the pool was out of order. It's 95 degrees and we have kids who wanted to use the pool. Cleaning lady literally threw trash bag off 2nd floor and just missed my 3 year old walkjng by. Not a nice property and would not recommend.

Gregory, I am so sorry to hear about your poor experience at our property. This is below our standards and we will be looking into the issues you stated. I apologize that your room was not ready, this is not typical for our property but we did have a couple of sold out days recently and do our best to keep up with providing a clean room for our guests when they are ready to check in. Unfortunately at the time of your stay we were waiting for our pool to be inspected, we were prepared to open but needed to officially be inspected. I understand that this was an inconvenience for your stay. It is unacceptable that one of the housekeepers threw the trash like that. I will be discussing this with other management.

Overall very nice.
Overall very nice. Rooms are nice but could use a makeover. The TVs were locked down so it wasn't easy to use the screen for personal video games. If you had the second story there is uncovered stairs and you could get rained on.

The room was not cleaned up properly. There were dirty bath and kitchen towels. Couch was not cleaned up. No one picked up the call when we needed something in the room. Something really surprising was they didn't have any moisturizer. Generally I carry mine but this time I forgot and to my surprise they don't provide any!

With 800 nights stayed at Marriott hotels, this is probably the dirtiest and most run down of their hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms smelled (I tried 3 before settling in the least terrible) and the buildings are falling apart. Long long Overdue for a complete renovation, absolutely filthy.
