"Overall a wonderful place. Owners were helpful with checking in. The nearness to most places, close to Metro and rapid transit helps you to get the most out of Paris. Right outside you get fresh produce along with quaint shops for cheese, wines etc., To make t h e experience better, i would suggest the host get a dedicated pots, pNs and utensils for the kitchen. A vd of course, provide. Some coffee"

"Die Unterkunft ist minimal ausgestattet es ist aber alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage war super! Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants oder Bars alles in Fußnähe. Halbe Stunde mit dem Zug und man ist schon mitten in Paris. Die Vermieter sind super freundliche Menschen. Konnten leider kein Deutsch oder Englisch aber mit der Sprachfunktion bei einem Übersetzer konnten wir uns super verständigen. Gerne wieder!"

"It's hard to find a place for 9 people to stay for a week that is near Paris but is affordable AND offers amenities for making our own Christmas dinner. With Gabriel's help we found just that, in a place with lovely decor and unique artworks. Between the architecture and interior design and Gabriel's kind and quick responses, it was an ideal Christmas for a family that hadn't been able to celebrate together otherwise!"

"Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken. Kwartiertje lopen van treinstation en vanaf daar is alles makkelijk bereikbaar met OV. Het appartement is fantastisch! Mooi interieur, ruim appartement en zeer schoon. En na de hectiek van de Parijse binnenstad, is het heerlijk rustig thuiskomen. Parijs is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!"

"So we ran from London to Paris and needed a place to stay once in Paris. This apartment is ideally located, it’s so easy to access the train station and main roads. The area is quiet and there is parking outside. The apartment is really spacious, there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The communication was fantastic too. All in all a great place to stay. "A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up"

"We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones. There was a ton of personal touches and books which made us feel we were at home. There is a bar across the street...

"Very confortable, very well located at the north of Paris (Saint Denis), a lot of space, very close from the St-Denis Basilic and Metro (12 mins walk approx). "It was great that it was close to the metro, so easy to get to the main sights. Lovely cemetery nearby. The boulangerie was right across the street and always open and well priced. 1€ baguette every morning! It seemed safe to an extent, though not as comfortable as some other neighbourhoods we ventured around. Not all of the plugs seemed to work. We enjoyed all of the items provided, though there wasn’t shampoo. Overall it was quite a lovely find!"

"With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night."

"the hotel was excellent. The shower was the best unit we've experienced in Europe. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were wonderful and very economical at 21 euro. Our only remark was transportation. The shuttle only serves terminal 2. We hired a taxi to take us to terminal 1. That is our only remark. Shuttle service IS provided, but only to termainal 1"
