The lobby and restaurant appearance are ok for a 3 star hotel but from there on the elevator the halls and the rooms are VERY Dirty , old and smell to dust and old. I wouldn’t stay with them or recommend it to anyone

The hotel is clean itself but it smells like humidity like it reeks of it. The hallways carpets are soaked with water. The room is clean but the smell of humidity just kills it.

Nice hotel, great food at their restaurant but unfortunately not enough hot water to take a shower. Three days we had to take cold shower since there was no hot water. Staff were nice.

Se supone que el desayuno estaba incluido,pero si pides zumo te lo cobran... Si pides fruta Te lo cobran entonces que desayuno ofrecen..,.. solo café pan y un huevo.......donde está o estaba el bufé(se que estamos con la pandemia) pero me siento estafado......eso sí todos iban hablar con el jefe......pero tuve que pagar más.en fin mejor que no ofrezcan desayuno.o que lo aclaren bien desde un principio.

Cómodo,limpio y seguro.
La atención es muy buena. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y los colchones son muy cómodos. La ubicación es exceente y la comida en el restaurant es muy sabrosa. En estos tiempos de pandemia las medidas de sanitización son muy buenas por lo que nos sentimos seguros durante nuestra estancia.

Buena experiencia, la unica oportunidad de mejora es en el desayuno, ya que tardaron al rededor de 1 hora en servirnos y no era por que el personal fuera lento, simplemente habia demasiado trabajo para ellos
