Our room wasn't ready in advance of contacting them that we were arriving early; waited 2 hours only to have to accept a lower level room to be ready and it was barely cleaned. Just disappointed by the experience.

showed up at 10 pm with my 70 year old disabled mother with a reservation for one of their accessible rooms. The shower is literally covered in clumps of someone else’s hair and there is an old water bottle just sitting there. It’s a room with two beds but there is only one towel. I don’t believe this room was ever cleaned after the last guest used it. This is one of the grossest hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I’m embarrassed I brought my family here. The front desk concierge was kind enough to submit a report and comp our breakfast and parking but that is not enough. It is too late at night to make my disabled mother move but I am seriously creeped out sleeping in what I believe are dirty bedsheets. I will be talking to management before checking out tomorrow morning.

The hotel was decent and the decor was nice. The shower had some black stuff coming from the drain and the shower valve fell off completely. The Starbucks in the lobby was understaffed and only open for a few hours.
Stayed here since it was conveniently located by the hospital and downtown. It was a short stay, but definitely had “business stay” vibes and not a great place to relax.
Terrible excuse for a Marriott. Looks nice, but that’s where it ends. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Bed is harder than any bed we have ever slept in (and we stay over 100 nights a year at hotels). Parking gate hasn’t worked once since we arrived. Room wasn’t cleaned. Never brought towels we requested 3 times. Terrible. Will not return.

I paid for breakfast & parking on the hotels app, & while checking in had to pay for parking. I thought I also paid for breakfast on the app because there was an additional check mark for breakfast & parking. Still had to pay for breakfast.

Cleanliness was my biggest issue . Room was dirty , waiting areas dirty, the bench when you exit the elevator to your room - dirty. Staff was nice

First time and last that I will ever stay there the staff being rude. My son in law has MMA's fights there so I thought it was convenient to be there. I will continue to stay at the Comfort Suites across the street.

Staff was very cordial. My #1 was the simple availability of fresh cold fruity water in the lobby. Delightful and refreshing! An attractive and appealing vessel. Couldn’t restrain myself. It was delicious.

The shower water temperature wasn’t consistent on a daily basis. My first day Luke warm with the dial all the way over, day 2 it was scalding when the dial was only 1/2 way. The bed mattress sagged. The walls in the room were dirty. Wear and tear is certainly expected but some area just needed to be wiped down
