Front desk staff was rude. Didn’t have enough towels in our room (only wanted one for each person) was told no and they didn’t have any, but there was coin laundry available if I wanted to pay to wash the towels we did have so all of us could shower. I asked if we could have a towel in the morning and the front desk handed out some major attitude and snide remarks. Room was not very clean.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, will definitely going to talk housekeeping and staff about making sure that all the linen is beeing washed and folded and the cleanliness of the rooms.

We stayed here in 2022 when visiting family and really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in this time was way less impressive. The bathtub was peeling and gross, and you could tell the room just hadn’t been well maintained. Also 3 days in a row I had to ask for more towels because the cleaning crew would pick up our towels but not leave more so we constantly had 1 towel for 3 people. Staff are still great and helpful though!

Great area walkable to a shopping/dining complex called Celebration Point. Hotel is refurbished and very comfortable. Room had a mini Keurig with a few k cups. Mini bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, Belgian waffle maker, various breads and cereals. Nice pool area. Restaurant in hotel was closed down.

I was very happy with my stay. I will request a room that doesn't face the highway next time. It was very loud. The room was very clean. I would recommend your hotel.

Was a decent place. There is only 1 elevator which was slow and made some weird noises. The room itself was clean looked more like a converted large closet but we were only sleeping in it and storage for our all day trip. There was an odd smell most likely from the pool or moisture in the room which made my wife nauseas. Could be just that corner room. But overall it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed

Food next door or across the street. Dave and Busters and shopping all there next to sport complex. Door closures at night let doors slam they can be adjusted to allow closing slowly

I was quite pleased with the comfort of the bed. Most are hard like a rock, but this one had some give. The gym was a joke and unusable, but PF was 20 min away. Pool looked clean. But didn't use, just stayed 1 night. I would stay again, room was clean. Didnt use WiFi so no comment there. I would stay again without question.

This hotel is extremely convenient, in a good location, clean. The staff is very friendly and they have good amenities. Always a good place to go when visiting Gainsville.

Very easy check-in. Room was clean. Stayed two days. They cleaned again on the first day. Breakfast was a normal half hot breakfast with waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage. Then of course ceral yogurt, juice, coffee. Very clean property. Checkout was a breeze. We were there for an open house to check out a college and I definitely see myself staying again to visit my kiddo.

Hotel was over booked, did NOT receive the 2 double bed room we booked through Expedia - was ‘upgraded’ to a king with pullout sofa that was filthy with a paper thin mattress. Freezer was covered in frost and had a spill of something nasty. Cot was provided at the door, had to request and then carry our own bedding up to the room. Some ‘substance’ on the walls and ceiling, mold on window seals, closet door missing. How this received 8.1 review is beyond me. I will say however that the cleaning staff were extremely friendly.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. We had a suite with two queens. It's very spacious. 2 big tvs, dining table, sofa and chair. I would definitely stay here again.

We are sorry that you feel like that after the months that we worked with you on check out times, time deadlines for payment etc. The events that transpired on Friday were the catalyst that drove us to the decision that you could no longer be a guest at this hotel.
