No one at the desk, called and the mgr came, I asked for a 1st floor room, none available, we're full. Spent five minutes looking, finally found one, all the while saying (over&over) 'never ever book thru a third party...ALWAYS call us for the best prices". (Checking later, lot wasn't half full) Terrible mattress, we kept rolling into the middle of the bed. Al together a very poor experience. Lesson learned!

convieniant location. Room was dirty. smelled bad. screen was off a window, drafty, bath faucet sprayed water all over. no maid service the whole time there. bar was shut down for remodeling, no remodeling going on. pool had cold water. could not swim at all. Will NOT book again at a Baymont

Check in was okay and check in person was fine. Room was to sleep in, outdated, bathroom was clean and bedding. My husband has a c-pap questionable about plugs in so didn’t use. Coffee pot didn’t work tried to get a replacement and no one at the desk. A person sitting in the bar area was very rude. No breakfast on the next day, sure they ran out.

Moldy tub, the whole room was a mess! Torn drapes. Towel holder in br falling off wall. cobwebs over window! Rug spots everywhere. Floors filthy! Mgmt Need to clean this motel from top to bottom. Needs new furn, rugs, new paint! Windows filthy, could go on and on. Wasted money on this stay.

Badly repaired ceiling damage, & flakes were falling 2. electrical outlet was loose, had to hold plug in for it to work 3. towel rack was not secured to the wall 4. hair in the waffle batter 5. in the evening the hallway smelled of pot 6. were told we would get a hot breakfast, if that's what they call waffles and toast 7. reserved 2 rooms they tried to charge me for 3 8. bed was uncomfortable and pillows were hard. This room should not have been for use with the condition it was in Only good thing was an awesome staff We should be refunded our money! Wouldn't have stayed but nothing else was available

Overpriced run-down property
Overpriced run-down property. I had to give the person at the desk a different card than I wanted to use because the preferred card doesn't have numbers printed on it for security reasons. The clerk said that they don't even have credit card readers. Also, on a night that was only 41 degrees outside, even after running for more than an hour, the window heater blew only cold air. I'd expect a hotel costing more than $150/night to be able to afford a $30 credit card reader to help keep customers safe from credit card fraud and to at least have a working heater. At least the room was relatively clean.

Nice comfortable stay
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything that was that was mentioned in the listing. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast set up was better than I expected. The location was very easy to get to and close to everything that we would need.

Very noisy. they need a quite time and enforce it. Beds are hard. carpet was very dirty. a little tlc would make it a nice place to stay

Upon there was no one at the front desk. There was a note to call a red phone for help. Had to find the red phone and call for help and no one answered until the third try. Finally had a manager come to the front desk to let me know the system was done for checking in people and we would have to wait with no estimated time for check-in. I couldn't wait as we were trying to get dressed for a formal event. I gave my name for a refund which still has not processed yet . Other people came into the same experience with no one at the front desk to explain what's going on. There should of been a sign posted at the front desk to the issue, so people would of understood the delay and not go thru the red phone ordeal. We had to go elsewhere. The manager was polite but a better system could of been in place.

Unable to check in due to computer issues; employee was nowhere to be found with several people waiting at front desk. Had to call from lobby to get someone to respond. I had to secure another room which was a blessing in disguise as the hotel is very run down & didn't appear very clean or maintained.

The woman that worked the front desk most of the time we were there (4 nights) has no business working with the general public. She is rude, self centered and would rather be on facetime or whatever she was doing than serve the guest. The man that was on nights was the exact opposite.
