“Best Red Rock Western Hotel”

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Have large secure lock boxes at desk, big enough for my 17" notebook. Internet only in lobby and some first floor rooms that open to lobby. Pool table and ping pong table available in lobby area, free breakfast available to guests. Rooms comfortable and quiet, would definitely stay there again. We stayed three nights for less than the cost of two nights at a comparable nearby hotel.

“Good hotel”

Very nice hotel, clean, facilities new. Only negative thing is the breakfast. The hotel also does not have elevator.

“Me ' Gallup”

I have previously stayed in another Days Inn in Gallup, but this one is much better, it is cleaner, the staff was quite friendly and helpful, and when I go through Gallup again I will stay there.

“Will definitely stay there again!”

We had to drive our son's dog from Phoenix to Denver. Our hotel room was very clean ... white sheets & white comforters ... not what I expected to see in a hotel room that allows dogs. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room & hotel. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Will go back there next year.

“Very Comfortable Bed”

Checked in late, clean room and very comfortable bed (which is really what you need). A little run down, but I heard the manager telling someone on the phone that a full upgrade is scheduled. Good price as well.

“Would stay at hotel again/”

Hotel is on east side of Gallup and as a result traffic was lighter than the center of town. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean.

“decent hotel for pool and price”

We had our 3 kids with us. We loved the huge heated pool and hot tub. It was really nice and did not have any strong chlorine smell like most pools. The rooms were nice and clean and were able to park next to patio door to go right into the room. The only negative was the breakfast was very limited. They only offered toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. I think they normally had waffles but they never had it out when we were there.

“Indoor spa and pool”

It's a solid place. They have free WiFi, jacuzzi and heated swimming pool.

“Driving from Fresno CA to Dacula GA”

The staff was friendly and inviting. The rooms were clean with normal wear and tear you would expect. Sheets were clean and the beds were very firm. Room was quiet and I slept well. For the price I would recomned this hotel.

“Bad service, great hotel.”

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. The service, however, was terrible. Room service barged in 3 times, and also we were told that we could check out at 11:30 and at 10:50 we were called and yelled at by some lady who threatened to charge us for an extra night then hung up on us.
