The bed was HORRIBLE! A new mattress is definitely needed! Both sides had holes that your body would immediately roll into, and there was no way to sleep other than in the worn out spots.

I checked in at around mid-night and there were no clean rooms, the front desk clerk had to go quickly go clean the rooms for guest because she was the only one working and we waited 30 min before we got a room, and that was because we were tired and offered to switch out the bed sheets our self. The room that a musky smell and there were socks in the bed from the previous guest.

We had to wait at the front desk for several minutes before someone finally came to assist us and that was after me knocking on the counter and yelling hello, then she proceeded to tell us all that she was responsible for and that is why it took so long. Checking out was the same scenario. The sweet lady in the breakfast area had to hunt someone down

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and our stay was great… no issues with the room or the hotel in general. Will definitely continue to book here when planning a beach trip.

I booked this hotel for its convenience to the ports. I should have looked for other options. We were given the first room and when we walked in, it had a smell to it. As I looked around there was still trash on the trashcan and what looked like bloody tissues. Maybe that's why the cleaning lady didn't clear it? I went down and told them the front desk lady apologized and gave us a new room. That room looked ok until i went to restroom. The mirrors looked dirty there was hair on the floor and in tub. We needed to leave for dinner so we decided to stay. When we returned i was getting ready for bed and saw more hair on the sheets/ bedding and pillows. I seriously doubt the cleaning crew thoroughly cleaned. We were tired and just slept on top of everything. I had my own blanket. I just wanted morning to come and leave. We tried breakfast the next day and nothing special. Just the normal waffle, toast, eggs and sausage. Would we go back or recommend...No!
