Wetlands are alive with wildlife, such as insects and birds. There's no telling what interesting creatures you'll spot in and around the shallows of Gaoyou Lake Wetland.
You'll want to have your camera at the ready when you visit this water-covered landscape. It draws many tourists who come to Yangzhou. Also deserving of a few snaps is Hu Guo Temple. Not too far from Gaoyou Lake Wetland, it's another of this area's drawcards.
