The homeowner would like to share the following: -We always look to provide guests with the best experience at our home -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the roll-out couch didn't meet your preferences. Although it is in good shape and brand new if it is pulled out too far or too hard, it can come off track. We understand your frustration and how this impacted your stay -The safety of our guests will always be our highest priority. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sincerely apologize for the broken glass. Based on your feedback, we will consider eliminating the glass drinking cups to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded -We encourage guests to reach out to us with any issues so that we can address them quickly for a most comfortable stay.
