Above and Beyond Experience
This has to be my favorite place I have stayed in at Bear Lake! It was so cozy and clean. It made me feel as if I was staying in a luxery hotel. Highly recommend!

Rough beginning
The overall trip was good once we were able to get into our condo. Instruction regarding location of property was poor. We had 5 different people assist us in locating the entrance door and then the key code didn’t work. The cleaning lady had to direct us to the hide-a-key. Parking was misrepresented.

Good condo…
The condo was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in it. I would recommend not staying in garden city when it’s not summer - most restaurants and things to do are closed- but we enjoyed our time here nonetheless!

Very convenient to Beaver Mountains
Only a 15 minute drive to the ski resort area. This unit is close to the huge hot tub which was wonderful after a long day of skiing.

Great trip out to a beautiful part of our country for work. This property was very clean and centrally located to everything I needed. One tip…post where to go when you first arrive.

Good for one or two people
This is a small, but comfortable one bedroom condo. I went to quilt without interruptions for a couple of days. The appliances are dated, but worked well and were clean. It snowed the first night, but even though there was a temperature drop, the unit stayed comfortable and responded to any changes needed quickly. Being the end of the summer season and not enough snow to play in yet, it was very quiet - which I really enjoyed. Would definitely book it again - but further ahead so I could get in a couple more quilting days.

Nice but a few glitches.
Coffee maker but no filters. Direct TV remote was 1/2 melted from being on the mantle above the fire place (which caused it to be difficult to work though eventually got it to work because I can, I am a property Manager), which at this time did not ignite when the switch for it was pressed. Shower nozzle height is best for someone 5'8" or less plus pressure was so so. Mattress and box spring could be updated, a bit low in the middle and not very supportive. Was nice having a basically brand new grill to use, which we did. Overall though the stay was quite good. The pool being open was good, though never got to use the hot tub, was packed with people all evening up to closing time.

The fridge took 2 days to finally get cold. We had to keep our stuff in coolers until it got cold. We had no hot water for a full day because it had broke and the HOA had to go get parts to fix it. It was soooo hot, the little window A/C does nothing. It was cooler outside! The beds were awful! We ended up going home a day earlier because nobody could sleep with how hot the house was and how awful the beds were. I would NOT recommend staying here!!!!

Great Shower - always a plus! Great Bed Great Location Easy check in Clean!!! Stayed here to Snow Mobile at Beaver Creek Lodge. Close and easy to get to the Lodge. Would stay here again for sure! Perfect for the two of us!

Perfect for a weekend!
This condo was amazing! Both the pull out bed and regular bed were comfortable! Only downside was the shower, didn’t have a lot of pressure. Other than that, would recommend this condo to others!

Bear Lake Anniversary Trip
We enjoyed the property. A great place to relax and enjoy our time. We were a little disappointed with the WiFi. We tried to watch a movie on our computer but it kept kicking us off of the internet. It would reconnect when we went out and back in. A little frustrating,

Great location and vacation guest house
The unit has mostly been update, new beautiful gray paint and white trim, new hardwood floors, and new lighting in the bathroom. It was very clean and quiet. The patio goes out directly to the pool and hot tub. It was a perfect visit for a 1 bedroom unit. The vascaya lodging company was impossible to reach to get check-in instructions and trying to log in to their site to get the information was a little tricky. As the lodging company, they need to work on those issues.

It is a great location and easy to find. Close to the lake and food. It was very clean and everything we needed for a quick getaway. Bed was a little hard. Finding how to get in to the right place was difficult. Attached building desk worker helped.

Great place for small family
We loved having the pool right outside our door. The Marina is just a minute drive away if you are boating. North beach is a quick drive away. We slept very comfortably and appreciated the extra towels, blankets and kid friendly dinnerware. It was a quiet place to stay only wished check-in could have been earlier. Only issue we had was struggling finding a parking space if we came back to the condo after 9pm. In the parking lot other guest also parked in spots that weren’t designated spots which made driving in the lot difficult at times. It would be helpful if there were assigned spots. We enjoyed the condo very much and will definitely book here again next summer!

Harbor Village Stay
This was a beautiful location and the unit was decorated nicely. The shower could have used a better cleaning and there were a few cobwebs around. Other than that- we certainly enjoyed our stay!

We liked being right outside the pool. It was nice to go swimming and instantly change. Unit was clean except a few spiders and ants in the bathroom.
