Had a great time
We all had a great time. The location was great and the beach was awesome. The north beach was only about a 15-minute drive and that beach was great, must get there early or make a reservation. The house was big enough for all of us we had 12 people.

Perfect Location
The perfect location in Bear Lake. We chose this property because we rented a boat across the street at the Marina and you can't be any closer than that. But you're also really close to all the shops, restaurants, etc. that Bear Lake has to offer. Unit was clean, well equipped and larger than we thought. All in all, it was the perfect place to stay.

Terrific in Every Detail
Loved staying in this home at the Caribbean of the Rockies. Very clean, convenient, and comfortable. Home owner was so helpful every step of the way. Made our time at Bear Lake simply wonderful and worry-free. THANK YOU!

We loved it! It was so close to the beach . It was clean, comfortable and very roomy!
We found it to be perfect for our group. It was so clean and comfortable. The one room with bunk beds would be good for a group with lots of kids. We had little ones ( under five) and didn’t utilize that room as much as we could have if we’d had older children. We will definitely be using this again!

Small group get away
Great property! Location is amazing with beautiful views of the lake. Great pool & hot tub. Really close to the grocery store & restaurants. The rental was spacious & very clean! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful townhouse.
The barbeque was dirty and caught fire. We weren't able to use it. The outlets in the bathrooms didn't work. I swept the garage out. It was really dirty and I didn't want to track in dirt. We did enjoy our stay.

Clean Property, great Location, slept everyone!
We had a big family group getting together and wanted everyone to have a bed and be comfortable. This location worked great, room for everyone and loved being close to the marina and 'downtown'. My only complaint is that kitchen amenities were missing. No cutting boards, only enough big plates for 8 people and didn't feel like a well stocked kitchen to cook in.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great view of Bear Lake. Great location. Had everything we needed. Only had table setting for 8 people. Kitchen did not have a lot of cooking items. Other than that this was a great place. Thanks

Comfortable, clean & perfect for the family
The rental and check out process was easy. We had a beautiful view of the lake. The house was very clean and comfortable. All three bedrooms had multiple beds and a private bathroom. It was very close to the lake (just across the street). It was walking distance but there wasn’t a direct path to the marina. The kitchen was well stocked but we used mostly paper plates so we didn’t have too many dishes. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location and amenities
Just across the street from the bear lake marina, this condo has lots of space. The basement has a family room area, a washer and dryer, and a bedroom with a queen and twin bed and private bathroom.. the upstairs master has a private bath and balcony. the other upstairs bedroom has 3 sets of queen bunkers. The main room has a decent kitchen and family room. The village also has access to a pool and hot tub. Great experience.

Beautiful view & Family Friendly
We had a two families stay with kids and loved the amenities! The lake was cold in late May, so we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. The bedrooms are very spacious, with a balcony in the master. We also loved taking a walk to get raspberry shakes, yum! Our view of the lake was beautiful.

Great property in a great location
We just spent several days with 2 families in this property. It was an awesome experience. The 2 car garage and driveway allowed for enough space for parking. The nearby overflow was great for our off road vehicles as well although on the weekends it got very, very full. The kitchen table was big enough to fit a lot of people and allowed us to play lots of games at night. The property does not have off air, cable or satellite TV available. However, it does have netflix and amazon prime. The property has only one air conditioner and the thermostat is on the main floor, so the main floor stays great, the downstairs is frigid and upstairs is a bit warm. In the evenings you turn off the AC then open the upstairs windows and use the two provided box fans to create a cross breeze.
