Room was standard room; nothing special but clean. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with the basics. One complaint would be that when we left, we were unaware that we needed our key card to open the parking gate. We tried calling the front desk and there was no answer and no one was at the desk when we finally went in. We found that could be a safety issue if we had to get out in a hurry. The staff was pleasant. We stayed for one night while we were at Disney. It was a good hotel to stay in. Took us about 10-15 minutes to get to Disneyland.

The hotel was a lot more run down than the photos show.It was relatively clean but carpet and bathroom was old.Pool needs painting. Service and breakfast good. Not walking distance to many stores or restaurants.

The property has good bones, but the rooms are shabby with paper-thin walls. Rooms feel unclean despite the heavy waft of Fabuloso that permeates throughout. Decent breakfast.

We have stayed at this property previously and the decline is apparent. You now have to pay for parking (previously it was free). The complimentary breakfast used to be nice, now it is minimal. The condition of the property also seems to have declined, for instance, the TV in our room never worked correctly during our stay (to be fair, we did not notify the front desk about the TV). On prior stays we didn't have any problems with our room. It's not a bad place to stay, but it's just not as good as it used to be.

The room itself was not bad, but the hallway and reception area was not the best. The hotel is old and it needs a huge renovation. Smells very weird.

Not a bad location for trips to Angels stadium and Disney. People hang out, out front all day. They arent staying at the hotel. First 2 days was the same car, running their own little business from parking lot. I bet they werent asked to pay the $5/ night parking fee!

I like the counter employees, the breakfast lady was very nice, the only I did not like is that the pool was dirty and the spa also. another thing if you did not ask for towel change or cleaning the room they dont do it..

The property is good . Services are fine . The reason I took off two stars because breakfast areas . There was one family with 4 kids running around touching most of the foods and spilled them on the floor. I lost my appetite and went to out for breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel before, and I enjoyed my first stay. We were in the hotel to sleep and were out most of the day. This last trip we got back from Disneyland late and there was no parking in the front of the hotel, so we were asked to park in the back. There were only 3 other cars in the back and a car was hovering around watching my daughter and I unload the car. We witnessed someone slip through the gate earlier that day as well, so it’s not truly “gated off” to people on foot since there is a gap in the fence. We woke up the next day to our rental car being completely vandalized. The cameras at the hotel are completely fogged/calcified over so the hotel manager couldn’t see anything at all on the recording. So, the cameras were useless. The hotel staff didn’t seem shocked at all and weren’t really apologetic even though it happened on their property behind the gate. We had to call the police to file a report. The areas around the hotel don’t really seem that safe either. We will not be staying there again. Other than that, the rooms are clean and seem fairly up to date. The breakfast is okay, but not good enough for us to wake up early for it. The eggs are powdered eggs, and there wasn’t many choices for fruit or cereal for my kids.

There was calcium build up on the shower head. Police activity when I checked in. Overall, I felt very unsafe to stay, unsafe to take a shower, unsafe to sleep peacefully.

So this place looks good from the outside but once you take a closer look it’s alright at best. The water in the tub didn’t drain and the water from the faucet was super cloudy and the bathroom door didn’t close. The breakfast was excellent I will say that. And for the price it was worth it. I would say if you are really trying to save some money it’s worth it but if you are the type of person that can’t overlook some of those things then this place isn’t for you. We slept fine, it wasn’t noisy and we liked the gated parking. No bed bugs. Like I said it was alright.
