Independent vacation home with private pool in the medieval town of Caldana, in the beautiful Maremma countryside. Here you are only 25 km from the beaches of Follonica. The house is surrounded by a fully fenced garden and equipped for outdoor dining, enjoying the magnificent panorama over the hills. In Caldana it is recommended to visit the ?Cantinoni?, large underground cellars connected by passages, or the mineral park in Gavorrano. For sports addicts, in the area there is the possibility to practice many activities such as beach volley, beach tennis, sailing and windsurfing. Another popular village on the coast is Castiglione della Pescaia, with breathtaking views over the sea, equipped beaches, stores and good restaurants. 46 km away is the Natural Park of Maremma, where you can admire rare flora and fauna. 65 km Piombino with ferries to the island of Elba and other islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
