"everything was good at my stay , although my last day i had to check out at 11 am. At 10:00 am i was lready being harrased to leave, i drove from north caroline and it was very uncomfortable to be treated this way on my first visit to CT. Very upset and was also thinking to stay one more night with my younger childre but the way they kept nocking on my door was very uncomfortable when i still had a few mins left. I do not recommend this place specially if you have children "

"There are no blackout courtains in the room, the sunlight awakens you at 6:00 AM. At 8 AM the housekeeping staff atarted making terrible noise upstairs. Not a good place to rest."

"Llegamos y todo estaba bien , pero llegó la primera noche y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, solo funcionaba la calefaccion y dormimos muy mal. Por la mañana reportamos de nuevo y fueron a arreglarlo, esperabamos que todo estuviera bien pero no, la segunda noche fue fatal tambien, otra vez sin aire acondicionado no pudimos dormir, lo reportamos al frondesk y fueron a ver pero dijeron que nada podian hacer. En la mañana nos quejamos de nuevo en el frontdeskbut they told us that since we had bought through Expedia, they could not refund us anything and only offered an apology, they asked us to enroll in the loyalty program of their hotel hahahaha idiots!"
