This is an outdated place, badly insulated, uncontrollable water temperature, too small for 3 people and no toiletries at all. The cost is very high for such a place!

The building is a typical construction for the city in Geneva, where the apartments are mixed with hotel rooms, so the building is managed by condominium management company (la régie), so the questions concerning insulation and hot and cold water are management by régie. Concerning the toiletries, as an environmentally friendly Aparthotel we are offering unique shower gel fixed to the wall of the shower. We stay at your disposal for any other questions.Best regards,

Great place to stay
Lovely place to stay! Clean and friendly. The hotel has a WhatsApp number which is incredibly useful. It also felt very safe as a single female traveller.

An apartment gives you a home feel .
The hotel is like an apartment like living at home. Everywhere is clean even the shared bathroom and toilet , the stairwell and the elevator . Though the reception is not 24 hours , they ensure your are looked after . And the location is convenient from the airport and the train station .

Not a bad place, good central location.
The room is clean, a bit noisy from the restaurant/bar downstairs and smokes. The balcony could use a good cleanup. Overall the location is fantastic for us.

They forgot to put towels in the room. Reception was closed when I arrived. The next day they barely apologized. They told me I should have used the emergency phone upon my arrival.

A very clean, no-frills hotel
The hotel is bare bones but spotlessly clean. There's a bar on the ground floor that can be noisy at night, but the concierge warns you about it and does her best to give you a room that does not sit above it if you request it. Cheaper rooms mean you may have a shared bath/shower, but both are totally clean. The location is in Pleinpalais and very central.

Good budget hotel
Very friendly staff and location close to museums. Room was basic and in need of updating, and some noise from bar below. Very clean and good WiFi.

So clean, so well-run. The room was a nice size, I liked the retro decor, the bed was comfortable. It's the best two-star hotel I've ever stayed in. As always in two-star places, you could hear a bit of noise from other rooms/corridors; and the breakfast wasn't stellar. But it's fantastic value and well located too.

We stayed for only 1 night, everything was great actually, but the fact that no A/C is available should be carefully considered while planning the trip. It was not a surprise for us since the advertisement didn't mention about A/c, however Geneva is very hot in the summer and you might need to find another solution for your stay if you don't like to sleep in hot temperatures..

Nice and Clean
Very Clean including the shared bathroom and shower room. A very positive experience was that I was offered a 24h ticket on the local tram and train service. The tram, by the way, makes it really easy to get to the hotel from Cornavin Bus station.
