Friendly staff. Room and bathroom was clean however plates, mug and glass in the fridge were dirty. Glass in the fridge was caked with previous drink at the bottom of it.

Passing through for work. Extremely clean and comfy room. Looks like have had a recent facelift. Power shower great after being on the road. Handy for meals in the club next door. Large portions and reasonably priced. Would stay again when in Gladstone

I like its convenience to the station and some shops. I've been staying there off and on for 60 years. The rooms with views to the south are best. The air-conditioner's setting could not be changed (something wrong there?) and there was a water leak that made the bathroom floor wet throughout. I like the generous supply of towelling etc. Sorry no breakfast!

there should be a microwave Good place to stay but there is something noise like flashing a toilet even though no one using it . other than that its all good for the price. hope to see you next time

Hi Carrie Apologies for the confusion with check out. There should normally be someone at the venue from 8am for check out, otherwise you can leave your key in the room and pull the door closed. Cheap n Cheerful, would definitely stay again
It's great value with awesome friendly service. Yes it's not flash but it does the job of somewhere to sleep comfortably, with the usual TV, air con, kettle, toaster etc. Any minor blemishes can be easily overlooked, because the price is good and the staff (and the chicken Schnitty's) are GREAT

Quick stop
Housekeeping and other staff are amazing. Yes it's cheap and cheerful, does the job for a night or two. Only minor things could be improved but overall very good value, service and convenient location.

We liked that it made our stay cheap but was not happy when we noticed hole in wall as a spying hole from other room in line with our bed that made me feel grossed out plugged it with blue tack that I found on the wall

This is a "hotel" straight out of the 1970s Australia, despite Gladstone having just finished 5 years of boom times, these rooms have had nothing done to them. I guess you can say that they do all the right things, but just that they do everything poorly. The price is standard low price for Gladstone and there are better places to choose. I, for one, will never go to this place again.
