"We loved our stay in Apple Valley! This was our first time using VRBO. The host was very responsive and kind. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The updated interior was both beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the local artists work displayed throughout the home-such a nice touch! Plenty of extra blankets including throw blankets in the living room. Although we only stayed a weekend I miss drinking my coffee with a view of the lake. Highly recommend!"

"This is a cute place right on the river. Very clean, great location, kitchen was well stocked with nice plates and pans. Beds were comfortable. We loved the covered back porch overlooking the river. Very relaxing place!"

"This property was perfect for what we were looking for. We have a "guys weekend" every year to just unplug from life for a couple days. This was a central location between Columbus, Cleveland and Akron where we were traveling from, and very easy to find. We comfortably slept 8 adults, had enough room in the living space/kitchen to gather and loved spending the day by the water and nights around the fire. Definitely recommend!"

"Nice location, clean home, but the shower’s water pressure was like standing under a watering can sprinkler. If you turn the hot water down, the pressure gets less. Takes forever to get the soap rinsed off your body and hair. Other than that, nice accommodations"

"Property was super clean. How was very nice. Construction at the hospital was a little bit noisy went on until about 8PM, but that is temporary. The grill igniter did not work and used foil to cover grill bc it was rusty. Overall the place was super nice hot tub was great not too far from some of the stores and downtown Berlin. "First of all, this place is as well-equipped as any VRBO you will see, particularly in the kitchen. Not just pots and pans and dishes but every type of gadget or small appliance you could possibly need and an entire cabinet full of spices, oil, flour, etc. We went in April to see the eclipse and other than a couple of family members not making it due to health issues, it was a near perfect trip. "This rental was perfect. The landscape is beautiful with farmland, farm animals, and valleys. The area is rural but very convenient to shopping. The rental had all of the necessary conveniences, and it was super clean. We would highly recommend this rental. We’re looking forward to a return visit."

"Close to the parks for hiking, biking, tubing/canoing, fishing for exploaration. The lodge, itself has better amenities than a hotel. Even if it is rainy, there is plenty of space to unwind with the family under the covered patio. A multitude of different games to choose from so everyone in the family can find something they like. "We spent the weekend on a ski trip at snow trails. The home is located about 8 minutes from the slopes, so it was a great location. Emma was very responsive to questions, and the home was very clean and tidy. Watching the snow out of the back window over the field was a good way to start the morning. Emma even went out of her way to provide a bottle of sparkling grape juice and chips for the kids. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for the great experience Emma"

"My mom and sisters spent a relaxing weekend here to celebrate mom’s 60 th birthday. Overall it was nice, beds were comfortable, and the communication with the owners was great! The only reason for 4 stars is, I think it could use a deep clean, however it wasn’t filthy, and I would recommend it."

"Plenty of room and then some for a family get together. Some of the door locks were tricky and no lock on the back door made us uncomfortable being from an area where we lock our doors. The surrounding county side was really nice!"

"Nice house in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to Walnut Creek, Berlin, Sugarcreek. Nice covered front porch to keep you out of the rain while unlocking the door and entering the house. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The only things that could be improved are 1. the doors may need oiled as they were noisy when opening/closing and 2. the stools in the kitchen were not very comfortable. Overall though it was a very nice place to stay."

"This is one of the most exceptional properties that we have ever stayed at. (It was a birthday gift from my wife). The online pictures do not do it justice. Everything from the room to the kitchen and the wrap around porches were clean and well maintained. We had a stunning view from the west facing porch. I can almost guarantee you that we'll be back."
