A hidden gem
When we arrived at the hotel we were a bit concerned at its age and what the rooms and amenities would be like. Its an old hotel ... however the suite we had we recently renovated. Its was spacious, well decorated, fully air-conditioned and very relaxing. Wed definitely stay again.

In general great location especially if you want to catch a flight with less hustle.Hotel itself,okayish although my bed linen wasn’t changed next morning even after I had put the sign outside my door to request attention.Beds and all facilities inside descent and looked like it’s been recently renovated.

The accommodation was first class with a recent upgrade completed on the room we stayed in. The Motel is situated close to Palm Beach shops & services and close to a beautiful beach across the Gold Coast Highway. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Coast.

Older style accom, but it was comfy, the beds were great, shower pressure was good, shower/toilet a little bit small, but it was good value for money

The room was very spacious and clean but the premises was too noisy and pool area not inviting at all. Staff were great and location was ok but a bit far from restaurants and bars but still walking distance 👍

Great service
Jason was exceptionally helpful, even assisting me with my bags up the stairs. There is work being done on some rooms, but noise and disruptions were minimal. My room had recently been updated and was really lovely.

Had a late arrival but the team were great to make sure everything was in order. Clean fresh and comfortable sheets. Plenty of towels. Hot shower and overall a very good overnight stay. Staff were very good!

Property was fine room was large very clean. Palm beach in general a bit naff. But for a short stay the red star was fine. We'd stay there again.

The stay was comfortable. The couple running the hotel were great, and kindly arranged our early check in so we could get ready for a wedding. Good location and close to the beach and lagoon.
