The hotel seemed to fail to offer the advertised facilities, the so called BO Spa seemed non existent, I couldn't figure out whether the gym was functional and there was no wifi in the room.

This is the only hotel i have ever come back to. Excellent location Excellent staff Excellent animation team It felt like a big family Everything was in one place , unlike other hotels where everything is a long walk to get to. Beautiful gardens and walking areas to get away from things My din loved the water slides Once again THANK YOU
