Firstly it is not clear that a "standard"room has the bathroom outside but it is Expedia's fault. However, 24hr reception is not correct, had to wait 15 minutes on the phone and no one answered so had to call another property of the group to gain access. The external bathroom was very cold, the room adjacent to common area with very noisy vending machines so I did not sleep a wink. In the room no light switch near the bed, the bedside lamps present but there was no socket to use them with. Poorly maintained as the paint was peeling off in several areas.

Ok stay but could be better!
Location was good but check in was difficult over the phone. I was disappointed to find our bathroom was not in our room and was in fact down the hall. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, there was no mirror in the room and no plug sockets next to the bed. The kitchen was clean but there was no wine opener or chopping boards.

The property itself is awesome....and the coffee was really good....loved it! The only thing misleading, on my opinion, is that we booked this property because is a bed and breakfast, and breakfast was not available. This is just part of the name of the property. And the only reason we booked here in the first place was expecting for a bed and breakfast. Other than that, ALL ready good.

Put up bed broken and unusable. Promised discount but not received. Fairly clean, but dirty under coffee machine and cupboard handles sticky so thorough clean needed.

New building, wonderful staff, free parking right outside, very clean, very good ac, great balcony. We had room on top floor (no elevator), our room had a detached bathroom where you have to walk through a shared kitchen/living room. The other room had an attached bathroom; was not aware if that detail. Thankfully the other couple were in room or gone and during our second day there was no one in that room. Overall not a big deal but you need to be aware. Location was really nice and quite, ne aware 10 minute walk to downtown.

This is a private house with serviced apartments. Each has a common area with kitchen and you get private room with access to this area and nice balcony. Apartments are fully furnished (coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi...) and completely new. It's very comfortable and since Gorizia is small town it's quiet, relaxing and pleasant to walk around. Due to it's location on the Slovenia / Italy border apartments are great stay for travelers between two countries who want comfortable and relaxing sleepover. Just keep in mind they charge SEPARATE HIDDEN FEE which almost doubles hotels.com listing price.

DONT STAY HERE!
I must say that we waited for way too long to check into this place. Staff treated us as if we were not welcome and spoke barely any english. HORRIBLE ROOM! We believe that sheets might have not been changed at all and smell of place was really bad. After realising that room is in poor condition, we asked for changed and were refused. Altogether, very disappointing.

Perfect place to stay between Ljubljana and Venice
We got two rooms for our family here the evening between Ljubljana and Venice. We were very pleasantly surprised! The lady that checked us in, Julia, was very friendly and helpful, even recommending a great restaurant (she has a list - go to the one marked #1!). The rooms were very comfortable and immaculately clean, and a great value for the money! Plenty of hot water, good wifi, lovely breakfast in the morning. Only thing that was missing was washcloths, like every other European hotel - pack your own. Highly recommended.

Hard to review this basic but very pleasant hotel
This is a difficult place to rate. This is not exactly an hotel, it's more like a large modern house with multiple rooms and apartments. It's located in a small town in North East Italy (on the border with Slovenia). The house is run by a very nice lady who is doing her best to be very helpful and warm. The house is a bit hard to find because thinking it's an hotel, one expects a big sign. There is just a small plaque on the wall and you can't see it driving around. Unfortunately she speaks very little English. Breakfast is less than basic and quite disappointing. The studio we rented was quite nice, with a nice shower and a good bed. TV is only Italian. The place was very clean and quite modern. The city on a Sunday evening was quite boring.

Lovely place, but bed too firm for us.
Pros: Large, clean, private bath, 5 minute walk to town, quiet neighborhood. Cons: Mattress was really, REALLY firm. I actually like them a bit firm, but this is like a wood plank. I actually hate to complain about anything because it was so nice and the host was very lovely.

Assolutamente la migliore struttura che potete trovare a Gorizia! Cura dei dettagli, tranquillità e pulizia! Appena arrivati ci ha accolto la Signora Giulia simpatica e disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa! La struttura è completamente ristrutturata, camere ampie cura dei dettagli bagno spazioso.Abbiamo preso una camera al piano terra della struttura Area comune bel attrezzata, macchina automatica per bevande calde, distributore di lattine e snack. Letto comodissimo, camera calda (con riscaldamento a pavimento) condizionatore, televisore e ampio armadio. Segnale Wi-Fi eccellente, una bomba! Appena si entra si sente l'odore di pulito, area comune bagno e camera hanno una pulizia impeccabile! A pochi passi dal centro storico e dal fiume Isonzo. Strada tranquilla e silenziosa con molti posti sulla strada per il parcheggio(se venite in auto) circa 1.5 km dalla stazione alla struttura se venite in treno e rastrelliera interna per le bici. Quando la cura dei dettagli, la precisione e sicuramente duro lavoro si trasformano in attenzione per l'ospite e amore di quel che si fa tutto questo si trasforma in una sistemazione da 110 e lode dove si respira aria di casa e fa si che il soggiorno sia impeccabile. Viaggiando spesso posso dire che erano anni che non trovavo una sistemazione così confortevole pulita e allo stesso tempo familiare per rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente consigliata e complimenti ai proprietari ed al personale di questa struttura! Super consigliato

Struttura abbastanza centrale. Cucina a disposizione. La stanza che ho preso io era di dimensione abbastanza comoda, ma non aveva abatjour vicino a letto, mancava una sedia e una scrivania che mi servivano per lavorare. Check-in buono. Nonostante abbia dovuto lasciare l'albergo un giorno prima per una emergenza, non mi è stato riconosciuto nessun rimborso. E' vero che la mia tariffa non era rimborsabile, ma è pure vero che in era covid, quando è successo altrove, gli host sono sempre venuti incontro al cliente...

All‘arrivo si rimane un po‘ perplessi. Si suona e nessuno risponde, poi si suona a un altro nome e si presenta una signora che ci invita a chiamare un cellulare. Nessuna risposta. La Signora chiama un suo numero e riceviamo le istruzioni. Tutto self service. Mi domando che cosa succede in caso di un‘emergenza o di non funzionamento della carta digitale

Spazi ampi e puliti. Semplice il check-in check-out. Gentili e disponibili gli impiegati contattati al telefono. Leggermente defilato rispetto al centro ma facilitate raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliato

Come a casa!
Struttura moderna situata non lontana dal centro di Gorizia. Camera e zone comuni pulitissime. All'arrivo siamo stati guidati telefonicamente per accedere alla stanza, dove poi abbiamo ricevuto la nostra card elettronica. Monica, la receptionist, è stata a dir poco eccezionale. Ha risolto il problema che abbiamo avuto con la nostra prenotazione e ci ha fatto pure un upgrade concedendoci una stanza più grande e confortevole. Si è interessata a noi durante il nostro soggiorno. Si tratta di una persona davvero gentilissima e molto professionale. Alla stessa maniera, la signora Giulia, madre del proprietario, ci ha intrattenuto con tutta la sua gentilezza indicandoci anche i ristoranti dove poter andare a mangiare. Nelle zone comuni c'è una cucina attrezzata e dotata di ogni confort. L'odore di pulito è ovunque. Insomma, è stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo e, senza retorica, possiamo dire di esserci sentiti come a casa. P.S. Vicinissimo alla struttura ci sono un panificio-pasticceria e un piccolo negozio di generi alimentari.

スタッフは女性とお婆さんの2人、日勤で夜は不在。にこやかで対応も迅速。事前のメールも丁重。5泊したが、シーツの取り換えは無、バスタオルは取り換え有。シャワーは湯温が一定しない。排水栓裏のヌメリ・浴室隅のカビ等、清掃は細部において不潔。 最終日夜遅く、ドタドタ荒らしまくるような物音がして何事かと思った。翌朝は朝食の用意がなく、スタッフも出勤せず。理由は不明。 出発時間になり、鍵は部屋の中に入れ、ドアを閉めcheckoutの旨メモを残したが、返信はなかった。最初の好印象は一気に消滅した。
