Excellent hotel right opposite main train station and next door to a huge mall. Lots of trams and busses outside. Double glass doors keep rooms quiet. Excellent breakfast served daily.

Great location hotel near central station and tram station central. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Spa and sauna was nice on a cold day. Breakfast felt a little chaotic if you times it wrong need to get up early. Overall would stay again.

The hotel was fine in every way but one - the wifi wasn't working above the ground floor, so you had to go down to the lobby whenever you wanted internet access. I was there two weeks, and the situation had started before I arrived, and was still present when I left. Management didn't seem too fussed about it, and the desk clerks were barely aware of it. Other than that, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast and conveniently located.

It was an excellent location. The receptionist who checked us in was fantastic and truly a great part of the experience as she made us feel so welcome. The hotel would have had a perfect score however they closed both the bar and the restaurant during the Christmas break (22nd-27th) the whole time we were there. Nothing was noted on website or on QRcode they gave us. So no room service either. Not a huge deal by any means but we would have appreciated a wine at the bar one evening or room service during our stay..
