“Something completely different...”

This hotel is housed in a converted shipyard building on the north side of Gothenburg, which gives it quite a dramatic interior layout. Surrounding area has been extensively re-developed and there are some decent places to eat. Room was spacious and well appointed, and being on the 7th floor gave a good view of the city. If you have a car though, parking is not great and can be expensive. Also, to get to the city centre without using your car you have to ride the tram or use a water bus. They're pretty frequent, but it adds to the cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful - we had to check out early and were given some rolls, croissants and fruit in lieu of the breakfast we would miss.
