Difficult to find if you don't have GPS. A small map from motel would have been useful. No proper windows. Louvres with poor screens thus letting insects in. Gap under door, more insects. I think I had the smallest room N15. Very claustrophobic and dark. Bathroom excellent. Communal kitchen facilities excellent. Beds excellent.

Noise coming from neighbours, loud music and construction at times was the only downside. Friendly staff, great amenities modern updates to all room and shared facilities.

We really were surprised how good the room was and how quiet the area is. The room had recently been renovated. The bathroom was brand new and the bed was large Would definitely stay again.

Surprisingly super clean and complete for low tariff. The cleaning staff were so lovely too; and the bonus shared kitchen with complimentary cereals for the children and coffee pods which weren’t even listed as inclusions on the booking were a perfect way to wrap up our comfortable stay while traveling through Goulburn. Traveling alone with little ones made easy

The manager was friendly; I could access my room key easily with the key lock holder near the front door; the room was clean and had all the basics I needed for a night or two; parking was free and convenient; the bed was comfortable. I would definitely come here again.

Nice little motel. Great for an overnight stay. Extremely clean and tidy. You get a text with your room number & a code to get your key. Manager also welcomes you as you are coming in, which is very sweet. They also have a communal kitchen with complimentary breakfast items eg: bread, cereal etc.

Booked and paid online and received phone call to let us know codes for key box at door. Great way to check in, room was clean fairly small but still had very comfortable king size bed and everything else we needed. Would stay again. Also had kitchen facilities though we had to be somewhere early and didn’t use.

The communal kitchen was the highlight of my stay. The room itself was clean but very tiny, with "millions" of doors, haha. The motel doesn't have dedicated car parking space and it's a bit out of town. I do wish if they accept check in from 2pm instead of 3pm.

I was generally pleased with the hotel, though initially the check-in appeared to be mysterious and confusing. They need to update their check-in procedure on Expedia. Contrary to the initial message, they only send a code for the check-in on the day of check-in. I rate BSG as four stars purely because in trying to obtain the lockbox code, the manager called me 'dear' via text, and I consider that to be creepy and odd. Like many Indian men in Australia, he is clearly lonely and gregarious. He greets guests upon arrival, even though the room key is in the lockbox. It would be far more logical to officially be able to check-in with the reception, so that the manager can gain his share of human contact. PHEW. Aside from that, it is good value. I adore the glasses in the room. If you can afford to, pay for a Superior Queen Room as the Basic Queen is very small, though adequate for one night.

Pros: Easy self check-in, spotless modern communal kitchen/dining rooms, quiet with a comfortable bed. Cons: Shower good but connected too high on the wall so had to hold on to it, room very small not enough room for open suitcases. We'd stay again, for a 1 night stopover it was very reasonably priced. Thank you.

Although the room was small, the a/c was very efficient and quiet and there was a wardrobe. The bathroom was adequate and the shower hot. The guest kitchen and lounge area was very good, so you could make a pod coffee, use the microwave and have your choice of cereal. Parking was on the street, but close to the motel and you could walk to restaurants and cafes.
