"Excellent stay. Just a short walk from the sea front.Very nice room with very comfortable bed and top quality bed linen. The only slight downside was the quality of the clothes hangers in the wardrobe, they were somewhat past their best. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice and good quality. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Apart from a bit of struggle to enter the hotel because it's inside the mall, The service is impeccable. I lost my wallet and only came to request for the room cleaner to keep a not but before I knew it, we were talking to the head of poloce, the security manager and the head cleaner making sure all areas are covered and they did find it in the end. The receptionist was incredible eith every help including patience, breakfast, food allergies etc. Even the dinner from Hog was omg, still dreaming it but then the casa vostro italian restaurant outside the hotel was a world apart. Can say,was one of the best experiences in Gozo. "

"BLOCK hotel is simply lovely. Cosy base for Gozo. Quiet in winter months but wonderful scenery. South west Gozo has stunning cliffs and walks. Victoria the capital is nearby with buses thence to the whole island. I had the most relaxing time. Room was quiet, no window but not needed as only slept there. Food was amazing and barman and waitress charming. Live entertainment Thu-Sunday and a real hub for divers, if that is what you are into (Not me but seemed like a super professional set up). Highly rate BLOCK, would definitely go back and definitely recommend."

"We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end."
