Close to the South Rim.

Posted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: The staff was friendly and the breakfast
Location: The South Rim Grand Canyon
It was very close to the South Rim, which made it convenient for us. We enjoyed the breakfast provided every morning. It had a lot to choose from! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Busy and expensive hotel.

Posted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: Breakfast and hotel location.
Cons: The hotel shows a little wear and tear and is expensive for what you get. Business center should be in another room with chairs to sit in.
Location: Grand Canyon
The hotel was adequate and clean for our stay inclusive of an excellent breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel with all the amenities.

Posted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: This hotel provided a large breakfast which reduced the cost of the overnight stay since we didn't have to buy breakfast for 3 once we got on our way.
Location: The location is right outside the Grand Canyon entrance and the canyon's shuttle bus picks you up to transport you there which is the best way to go.
We moved from another hotel to this one for our last day in Grand Canyon because the other hotel's Saturday rate was going up to $300 for that one night which was a little steep.

Terrible Service

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: The beds were comfortable!
Cons: Please provide humidifiers in the hotels, the weather is extremely dry and my nose bled. Upon asking the staff, they seemed to be startled!!
There was no complimentary bottles of water available upon arrival!! Way to make cheap money.

Dear Yogi, Thank you for your comments & for your business. As to the bottled water you are correct we do not offer bottled water, however we do have water available at the netrance of the breakfast area so our guest can have a glass of refreshing water as well as water fountains in the brealfast room. Thank you, Elena Villanueva - General Manager

Pros: It was modern and attractively decorated, but simple.
Cons: Everything was excellent.
Location: Location near Grand Canyon is very helpful; not much to do outside of the Canyon.
We found the staff quite pleasant, room was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice place in a good location

Nice and welcoming staff, and fine rooms. The dining was a bit too crowded in the morning, but you can live with that

Unsatisfactory service for price paid

Posted May 29, 2014
Room was not ready by 4:00 PM. Door lock did not work after two sets of keys tried in it. Room was in another building, from main motel, resulting in a two block walk, by my wife, to exchange the keys. I stood, with luggage by room door because room was on second floor, waiting for maintenance to arrive to fix door. I am handicapped and standing in hallway made my condition all the worse.

Expensive but nice

Posted May 28, 2014
Pros: The room was large and attractive. The parking was close by. The breakfast was fresh and abundant.
Cons: A lower nightly rate.
Location: We took a Pink Jeep tour to the Grand Canyon to watch the sunset. It included a ticket to the IMAX show about the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed it.
Everything about our one night stay was very positive. Our room was in the annex building in the rear of the property. We were treated well. The whole place felt new and fresh. Being the the back building was a plus for the complimentary breakfast because it was much less crowded than the main building. We paid more for this room than any of the the other rooms on our week long trip. We booked this three months prior and still could only get one night so we bounced from hotel to hotel in Tusayan that week. Even before Memorial Day it was crowded. It's a nice place to stay. Just make your plans early to get a room.

Pros: The room had 2 tyes of pillow so you could choose the firmness.
Cons: There was not enough room in the breakfast room for everybody to sit
A comfortable chain hotel that was situated close to the canyon. I would definitely stay here again
