Spectacular views greet you from every direction in one of Timberlines most desirable areas. This home is perfectly situated for optimal sunshine on the 2.75 acre lot. Fenced yard, large deck, patio, & sheds give you many outdoor options from this well maintained home. Fireplace & wall furnace as well as in wall AC units/ multiple ceiling fans gives you reliable comfort. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings invite you to the bright and scenic sun room.

This house is great for all season. Fall is beautiful, winter is exciting, spring blossoms and summer is required to beat the heat of the Phoenix metro area.

Such a great mini-break!
We stayed here for three nights to hopefully catch some snow and do some skiing at snowbowl. This rental was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable, lots of outdoor space (which was so appreciated after an afternoon downtown with all the people). The house has all the necessities and is well equipped for family fun. The mountain views were beautiful.

house was filthy, kitchen has mice and fecal matter under cabinets, spiders and webs throughout the home, living room furniture covered in long animal hair. I had to clean and vacuum before we could even settle in or sit. lights were out at the property upon arrival we had to locate the breaker box and flip switch. beds are extremely uncomfortable, carpet downstairs bedroom reeks of animals house is cold not enough blankets, also door in bedroom downstairs needs attention as it allows cold air in. shower downstairs appears to be cracked and leak’s water onto floor. sadly we had to cut trip short and leave early due to the mice and spiders and beds being uncomfortable we took turns sleeping on living room couch as it was more comfortable.

Fall Family Trip
This place was perfect for our family of 8 adults and two kids. We love Flagstaff and especially the Timberline area. House is as described and has pretty much everything you need. Bathrooms are clean and there seems to be an endless supply of hot water. Beds are comfortable but additional blankets/linens are needed. Patio was a mess with leaves and tumbleweeds but we made do. Patio furniture is very comfortable, clean and perfect for stargazing. I would totally recommend and would definitely come back!

Perfect Location for ATVing at The Cinders
We really enjoyed our stay. We had a large family with kids, teens, and adults at the property, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The outdoor area was beautiful, the amenities were great and the location was perfect for ATVing, as the cinders OHV area was just up the road. Would stay again.

Great property for a family or large group. Beautiful outdoor patios and indoor gathering places. Rural setting, but close enough to Flagstaff proper. Large outdoor grill was awesome too

Perfect!!!
The house was big and roomy. Lots of extras in the house to use for clean up and laundry. Kitchen was stocked with cooking/dinner supplies. Property was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. The first morning I was sitting out on the back patio (which had lounge chairs, fire pit, dining set and hammocks) and 4 deer came by!!! Host went out of their way to make sure everything was great. I even goofed up, forgetting some items, and without hesitation and with complete kindness they got them back to me. 5 stars!!!!!!!
