Perfect quiet, clean and safe location for a few days in Valencia!

Although the apartment is spacious, the furniture was not comfortable (dinning table and chairs). The kitchen was ok, very convenient to have. The main problem is the bathroom, because there is a sewer smell that just does not stop. If you leave the bathroom door open the sewer smell gets to the bedroom and the living room, which is just unbearable. Something else that is terrible is the noise coming from the bars downstairs, even with the windows closed. Not very good for sleeping.

The Anderson city flats are perfect for a central stay in the old town of Valencia. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor which has private access to a roof terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and cleaned daily. You just have to step outside the door and you are a short walk from the main historical sites. We checked in at the nearby hotel cosmo and found the team there to be really helpful and friendly - they are available 24:7 if needed. I would recommend this accommodation.

The hotel was very stylish and the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful, and great English (I also heard them switching to different languages for other guests). The rooms that we saw are small though, so take that into consideration if you like a lot of space. On our first night the bar downstairs was playing loud music (but not on subsequent nights). The location was great for shopping, eating out, markets and the old town, with great public transport links to other places such as the arts and science park. I would happily stay here again.
