Lovely boutique style hotel. Very clean and central, you are at the heart of everything. Breakfast was good for the price, but not too much options. Service was great with attentive staff.

Within east distance of buses and trains. Extremely convenient. Great food and drinks close by, Buck’s Bar is excellent if you aren’t worried about your calories.

Overall it was a pretty pleasant experience. The windows did not open and was warm when we first came in. It took a while for the air conditioning to cool it down. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was a bit costly but ok.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend. We had a great time and the staff were so lovely and sweet. We did notice that there weren’t any cameras throughout the building or on the elevators which was kind of weird for such a nice hotel. The AC in our room wasn’t working well either, we couldn’t change the temperature and it stayed on 19°C which was just too cold for us for it to be left on throughout the night. The location of the hotel was perfect, everything you need is in walking distance from shopping malls to amazing restaurants, clubs and convenience stores.

The hotel was fabulous, all the staff we interacted with were very polite and accommodating. Nice bonus is the dining area has free tea and coffee and fresh milk. The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the city. We can’t fault this hotel and would definitely look at staying at an Apex hotel again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room itself was spacious, clean, good sized tv and had a ironing board and hair dryer for my good lady, freshly cooked breakfast with a good selection of other choices was really nice Area was nice and central with multi-storey parking right next door Staff were really pleasant and helpful Dinner not offered but loads of eateries near the hotel so not an issue Would stay again

My stay at the Apex hotel was a last minute choice but I’m so glad I found it! The staff was so accommodating and the hotel itself very comfortable. Loved how quiet the room was too. Location is ideal in the center. Overall, a great stay.

When we arrived at this hotel , well before check in , staff straight away tried and endeavoured to try and organise early check in which they did . This was greatly appreciated.While we waited they invited us to sit in the restaurant/ bar / breakfast area and enjoy the use of the coffee machine . The area also had capacity to charge iPads , phones ect . Staff , from the start were enthusiastic and very helpful. The rooms were adequate in size for us , clean and comfortable , and the available filtered water station was a bonus . Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would choose to stay again and would recommend. We also appreciated the drinks vouchers that we could use at the downstairs bar .

It's a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are a good size. The lobby is poorly designed (they need portable space heaters to keep it warm, and block the main doors to the restaurant with furniture). They no longer have food as part of their room service.

Great location with friendly welcome
Perfect location a short walk uphill from Central Station the Apex Hotel is ideal for exploring Glasgow City Centre. The hotel itself is fantastic and having chosen a City View room we were not disappointed. The view from the 8th floor was excellent and the modern room had everything you need. However, nothing topped the lovely warm welcome we received. We will be returning to Glasgow and we'll be staying at the Apex.
