    "Great place - don't eat there. "
We really enjoyed everything about the hotel apart from the food which was poor. For my evening meal I asked for something from the lunch menu which they happily supplied. I should mention I'm a vegetarian, I had pasta which smelled strongly of bacon. I left it.

    "Nice but noisy"
Firstly Laura the Manager and the Head of Concierge are superb and just want to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We had a couple of issues with the rooms being on the street, it is very noisy even on the 3rd floor, so please set your expectations this Hotel is great for being in the centre of Glasgow, but this comes with noise, however Laura couldn't do enough to help sort this and kindly moved us to other rooms. The Head of Concierge and his team are incredibly friendly and helpful and again cannot do enough for you, whether its taxi's, somewhere to eat, directions etc. they are great. The hotel is very large and there is obviously some signs of wear and tear, however it is in good condition. There is a small room to the left of the bar with sofa's and this is where you can have some lunch or afternoon tea however please book, it is fairly small and all the tables were taken when we arrived even though we were residents.
