I checked in pretty late. The front manager was still pleasant and personable. Everything was in good order and clean. Even the other guests were nice. I left my key at the front desk, and as I was going to pick it up, another guest told me my key was waiting for me up front. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast was not great. No Yogurt, no english muffins, no plates. Carpet in 4th floor hallway was wrinkled and ugly as well. Older people could easily slip on the excess folds in the carpet. Staff was nice!

Awesome staff and customer service.
The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. My room was cleaned every day without me asking as some Hotels require. The stay was awesome and made me believe that customer service still exist and the little things like getting my room cleaned were the rule vs. the exception.

I have never stayed at a hotel that made you feel so welcomed. They had snacks and water out for everyone. Breakfast in the morning. It was wonderful!

The cleanliness and comfort of the room was not an issue except no lounge chairs at the pool. Just upright patio chairs. We chose this hotel because Breakfast was included, it was located in High Point and we were on a college visit for a Lacrosse prospect camp. My son needed a quick but decent breakfast before playing lacrosse in the July heat for 8 hours. We slept in until 8:30 and by the time we made it downstairs, the only thing available was watery oatmeal. No attendant was present. Breakfast was scheduled from 6-10am. Very disappointing. I did not schedule time to grab anything else, so the poor kid had to make do with this. The second reason we chose this hotel was that it was located in High Point. But it's not. It is in Archdale. Here is the thing about High Point University... if you are visiting the University, it is a beautiful area inside the bubble of the college. This was our second visit to HPU and last time we stayed inside the bubble. This trip, because we ended up in Archdale and the prospect camp was not held at the University but at West End Park, we ventured outside the realm of High Point University, and it left much to be desired. I would not feel safe after dark for sure because I was not at ease here during daylight hours. This hotel was NOT in High Point. I do have to give them props for accommodating a later checkout time so my kid could shower before we left to catch a flight to yet another college. Thank you for that.

Was a very good experience. Rooms was conveniently located on first floor, didn't have to do elevator. Room was clean. Front desk was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Overall a very good experience.

Best Hampton we have stayed in!
LOVE HAMPTON and this hotel was one of the best! At check in had the best desk clerk ever, she explained everything, I even commented to my companions she was the most informatie check in clerk I had ever met!! Room was amazing - my mother has limited mobility and the walk in shower was PERFECT. Cookies were great, free water is so much appreciated!! Another great Hampton experience!
