“Welcomed and attended to consistently”

My first day there I met up with 2 employees, both of them servers, who ignored my presence in their restaurant. I left both times. From then on in I met with one very attentive server after another and was very pleased with the service, the food @ Joseph's Restaurant and at the sandwich shoppe in the lobby. People were ready with good information when I asked for help and went overboard with quick attention. I hope the next training I attend is at this hotel; they know how to make people feel welcome.

We had a great trip and we loved the hotel. We stayed on New Years Eve, and even though it was busy, they were able to handle us and the other guests.

The room was great! But the room 777 was loud kept me up.

The staff was very nice and put in a lot of hard work around the hotel. Room service was excellent just like the food! And it was all moderately priced.

Hotel is aging and the walls are a little thin, so if that is really important to you, perhaps you should chose another hotel (though I'm not sure you'll find a lot more in Greensboro). The room was clean and the bed comfortable. All of the employees were courteous and helpful. I found it quite comfortable. It wasn't a 5 star hotel, but as I said, I believe it to be of the quality I expected in Greensboro.

Great hotel. Pleanty of parking space. very convenient to the Greensboro Arena. We were early and could check in early with no problem.

The bed was very comfortable,the aminities of the room were excelent. The hotel seemed to be fairly empty,half the bars were closed. I only had two negatives. One the wireless was hard to navigate.two the coffee was horrible in the hotel.

“A little flexibility equals a great stay!”

This hotel is part of a large convention center. With that said, it is extremely convenient if you are in the area for a convention being held there. If you are not part of the convention, you could possibly get annoyed by the crowds that are at the convention. The hotel was full and overbooked. We were checked into a king bed suite instead of a two double beds room that I had specified. It was a very nice large room with two couches, one a sleeper sofa with a very thin mattress. When I called to complain about the mix up on beds, I suggested that if they could give us something extra to go on the thin mattress we would be fine. The young lady on the phone was very happy with that compromise and said someone would be up to take care of it. Sure enough, after about 10 minutes a maintenance guy came up with a double size mattress and put it underneath the thin one.....Great solution! We also had to call for extra towels because the room only had two sets, again within minutes they arrived as promised. I know this is a long review but I was so impressed with the hotel being so packed, yet they responded to every need with a smile and promptly!
