Cute condo
As others have said, the condo is very spacious and clean and looks brand new. Very close to downtown and everywhere we needed to go in the area. The only negative and it wasn’t that big of a deal was the kitchen is very bare bones with not a lot of staples (such as no bottle opener). Would definitely recommend

Very clean and spacious
Absolutely loved the townhome. Parking was tight but inside was very nice, clean, and spacious. Needs more towels. Primary Bedroom was very spacious. We were visiting family so the large sectional in the living room was really nice for everyone to sit around and visit. Host was very quick to respond to any messages. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Comfortable 3 BR stay
Cozy new town home with garage, kitchen, dining and living room with 1/2 bath on entry floor. 3 Bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs made for plenty of room to relax on your own or be together as a family. Big screen smart TV's were a nice bonus.

First time to Greenville
The property was perfectly convenient! Spacious, clean and offered everything we needed for our small family gathering with family in the area. Lots of living space and comfortable bedrooms with an open and new floor plan that made our stay enjoyable and memorable! We hope to visit again next year and will surely stay at this property-if it is available to us. Everything was smooth sailing from arrival to departure! Thank you!

Amazing
The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The area was nice and in close proximity to restaurants and the Wal-Mart. It was very clean, neat, and pleasant. We will definitely love to stay there again when we book our next trip for the wedding next year in April.

Felt brand new!
We were in town for a wedding. I was able to communicate with our host very easily with quick responses and they were very accommodating when we needed an extended check out. The place felt brand new and was close so many of the "things to do" in Greenville. We would definitely stay again!

Great location
We were in town visiting our daughter in college and this was the perfect location. Place was clean and provided all the space we needed. The only downside of this property was the lack of basic kitchen equipment/supplies and bathroom room towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Overall, we we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of six loved our stay. It was clean and conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go (Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail) My only comment is that they need more towels- bath and kitchen. Didn’t cook in the kitchen but used for breakfast.

Difficulties getting inside the house. The access code was incorrect (not specific ) Attempts to contact host unsuccessful, only one face towel in the house. Bed uncomfortable. Would not recommend!!

Great Place
We were in town for a swim meet and the rental property was 7 mins away from the aquatics center. This townhome still smells brand new and has a garage. Everything we needed was there besides wash clothes. There were only 2 for the whole place but dollar general was like 8 mins away so we bought some. This was a very very nice place to stay for the weekend and if we’re ever in town again I’m definitely going to see if it’s available.

Great location and matched the description well. We were celebrating Thanksgiving with college kids and fortunately we had done most of the cooking beforehand as the kitchen lacked some basic cooking utensils, etc. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and would book again. The owner/manager was easy to reach and very kind. Thanks!

Best VRBO Ever!
This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! My family and I basically lived in a model home for four days. It was extremely clean and even had the "new home smell." The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Traveling into Greenville only took 10 -15 minutes. I wish all of our VRBO's were this nice! We will definitely stay here again.

Our family came for a short trip to drop off our son at college and this VRBO stay was so wonderful! The location and low price just made the stay much less stressful, which helped us a ton. Quick weekend getaway

AWESOME!
Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this property! This property hasn’t been up that long due to new construction of other townhouses as well. My host was very eager and prompt with responding to and encouraged me to reach back out should have further questions or concerns! Great area, and neighborhood! Will def use this as a place to book when I come back that way!
