"We had a wonderful stay at Brittany’s Princeville rental. Check-in was seamless, the neighborhood was quiet and the home was extremely comfortable. Brittany was so informative, always available and very friendly. Definitely felt the aloha spirit. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai! Tip: purchase all your essentials while in Lihue since there aren’t many groceries/drug stores on the north side."

"This was a great place to stay. It was very close to everything we wanted to do on the island. Great neighborhood and well maintained. My only complaint, which didn't even bring it down a star was that sound carries very well in the building. There were multiple couples staying in the home so if anyone wanted to stay up after anyone went to bed it was necessary to stay quiet. On the other hand. Not sure it would be as great for younger kids as the calm part of the ocean is a bit of a walk but it was a perfect set of waves for teenagers. The hot tub was also lovely on the day it rained."

"This cottage is in a perfect location for exploring Morth Shore Kauai ( our favorite area’). It’s a comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the large lanai set in the lush garden and the easy walk to the Princeville Center for Farmers Markets , groceries, whatever else we needed. It’s also an easy drive e to our favorite beaches, Kalihiwai and Hanalei Bay! Jeff was extremely quick to respond to any questions too. We’d absustsy here again when we return to Kauai!!"

"I rented this house in August and couldn’t wait to return! It is a beautiful home with bedrooms that face the ocean and a huge kitchen. The grounds are beautiful, as well. It is located mid-island so it was easy to drive north or south for our daily excursions. There were only four of us on this trip and the house sleeps many more, but it was the perfect setting for our Hawaiian trip."

"Joe and Melody have an amazing home that is perfect for large groups. I brought 6 couples, 2 single friends, 4 teenagers, and 2 toddlers. There is plenty of room for everyone. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We especially liked the beach that is mostly visited by locals! They were friendly, helpful, and gracious. I highly recommend this house!"
