"The worst costumer service in all my life. The lady at the front desk was unpolite, disrespectful, not helpful at all. We asked for the hot tub because it was the reason I rented the room and when I realized it was dirty and also it was in other property called “quality inn” I went to the front desk and I asked why she did not tell us the hot tub was not working and also dirty and that I would like to find a solution. She reacted in a terrible way saying that I could do whatever I wanted and I had not to think in any compensation or anything like that. I could not belive she was talking in that bad way, so I asked again to find a way and she was reacting worst saying that she was not able to talk with me and even with expedia, after that, she just started talking with the next guest on the line letting me talk by myself. I called expedia, and they got in contact with her and when expedia replaid back to me, they said they could not find any solution because the girl was also disrespectful with them and that she had talked with her manager and that the manager of her Let her be in that way and also not having any consideration, not just for the behavior of her also for the wrong information of the amenities that are not working or in this case that they do not have."

"Nice and helpful staff. Clean an totally equiped apartament, kitchen, etc. All the amenities availables, swimming pool (inside and outside), the space (all very good maintened, trees, gardens, etc). The place is 15 km far for Gatlinburg, which could be an advantage or not. For us it was because of the calm and quiet of the place. But, in other hand, you will need the car. You are very close to the Green Brier entrance of the Park, which is less crowded and has very nice hicking options. The only thing I would like to offer is some possibility of restauración inside the place: breakfast, lunch and dinner because you have the kitchen in the apartament but not always wants to cook; so instead of taking the car to go to Gatlinburg or the surondings dor dinner you would do it at the place without having to take the car."
