Modern Getaway in Amish Country

When you check in to our modern lower level apartment, we want to make you feel like you are able to relax and enjoy home away from home. Health and sanitation is very important to us, therefore we do our best to make sure you not only feel comfortable but more importantly, safe as you travel. We have recently upgraded a special HEPA type device onto our new heating /cooling system that will filter any germs traveling throughout the whole house. The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. It includes an equipped kitchen and living room with attention to detail to make sure you are able to relax. Being in the middle of Amish country, you will find quaint farms and Amish-made items all around and we are located close to Grove City Outlets where you can enjoy tax free shopping. We are only a mile from downtown New Wilmington which includes Westminster college, churches, restaurants, banks, shopping, salons, winery/ brewery & coffee shop. It's the perfect mix of modern amenities in the middle of simple life.

Our stay at this property was absolutely exceptional! The cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable, reflecting the owners' evident pride and care. The two comfortable beds ensured restful nights, and the well-appointed kitchen, stocked with coffee and pantry basics, made mornings effortless. The cozy ambiance and tasteful decor made us feel instantly at home. Safety was also a priority, adding to our peace of mind. Communication with the owners was outstanding—they were responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect, offering convenience without sacrificing tranquillity. The neighbourhood felt safe and welcoming, and we were a short drive from our shopping destination - Grove City. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat. This property surpassed our expectations in every way and comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch VRBO retreat. Perfect Amish getaway location
The location of this rental was just outside town, with Amish neighbors just down the road. Lots of Amish businesses to visit! Also not too far from the outlet mall in Grove City! And 2 beautiful state parks nearby to go hiking! Our host was thoughtful and made great suggestions of things to do! Loved our stay!

A charming daylights basement apartment
Joe and Patti are very friendly, welcome us to their semi-basement apartment. Both bedrooms have big windows with garden view and daylights. Rooms are clean, and comfortable like a home away from home.
