This place was gross and dirty! Stains on walls were the worst I've ever seen! Obviously a druggie motel for a place to party! Disgusting and overpriced for sure!

The ad states, "complimentary coffee in each room." We were told there wasn't a coffee pot in the whole place. Lie! The carpet was torn and filthy. The tub and shower was covered in black mold. Bathroom door had holes punched in it. Sheets were covered in some type of animal hair (short haired dog, or rodent). Fridge did not get cold, mattress was hard and pillows were lumpy! It would have been better to have slept in my car!

The room stuck of stale cigarette smoke, probably when smoking was allowed in the room. The condition of room: baseboard molding torn free, holes in doors and furniture, shower water valve damaged. Positive: Clean sheets, counter tops clean, excellent lighting.

close to shopping and food. Excellent external security lights. On a small main road so it is a bit noisy until about 930Pm then it is fine. The staff was courteous and attentive. This is an older property with cosmetic needs inside the rooms. However, it was clean, stocked with supplies and the bed was great! If you want no frills at a great price, consider this place.

It was OK for an overnight stay while traveling. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. A lot of work has been done to the outside; paving and concrete steps. More needs to be done inside. The bathrooms need a rehash. The water tap in the bathtub was designed for a sink; bathroom door looked like someone had given it a good kick. Little things like that put you off. They need to pay closer attention to the creature comforts. The office was never manned while we were there and there were language barriers when someone answered the bell. No problems that can't be overcome.

Comfortable bed, but cleanliness could be improved
Bed was comfortable. Price very reasonable and ice machine and coffee were much appreciated. Improvements on cleanliness and customer service would be great to make guests feel welcome, and repairs such as bathroom door that didn't close would make stay more comfortable.

It is an okay, convenient place to rest and sleep. The manager on site was very gracious and helpful. The room was clean and had all that we needed for our overnight stay. Morning coffee next door was great and easy to access. Good price.

The Greystone was conveniently located but the road closure of St Rt 50 West was annoying and time consuming. The room was as clean as an older motel could be. TV, fridge, microwave, ice and coffee machines were all great to have. The coffee was good!

Property was secluded and didn't bother me, however I had an emergency and had to leave 3 nights into my 10 night stay that I had paid for in cash, and the property refused to refund any of my money, "because I used Expedia and no refunds on booking through a booking site." However it was a nice place to stay.

Its an older motel and needs alot work, the walls need to be painted after their cleaned, the bedding is stained and yhe rags and towels were stained with what look to be poop. They definitely could use new bedding and new towels.

I had so much trouble getting the shower to work. I would suggest some instructions on how to use it. The room was clean and very tidy. One other complaint is that the air conditioner's filter had not been cleaned recently. I cleaned it myself to help out.

The air conditioner was very noisy. You need to have a few plastic cups in the rooms for the use of ice for drinks. Selection was too limited having NO Fanta or Sprite at the machine. Otherwise the room was basic and clean. This is a place ok for one to two night to stay in passing. I would come here again for one night. Just make a few adjustments and it will work.

Cute little place.
This hotel was a cute little off the road place. My parents stayed here back in 1980 for their honeymoon and loved it. I feel like it hasn’t been updated since about then. Building for sure showed it’s age. It was clean enough for the price we paid. Could have used a more thorough cleaning in the bathroom. No phone to call front desk for anything. Had a microwave and fridge that worked. AC worked perfectly. No bugs. Decent option for the price but it’s no 5 or even 3 star resort. If you want luxury look elsewhere. Want a place to sleep on a budget this is your place.
