    Welcome to our Oceanfront four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. We truly want you and your family to experience a fantastic Hilton Head Island Beach Vacation. Hilton Head Beach Villas is a 30 unit beautiful, quiet gated community. Upon arriving you pull directly into your covered carport. No elevators or luggage carts to deal with, as you are 10' from the entrance door. This townhome offers two upper level King bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two lower level bedrooms that look out into the beach dunes. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A nicely decorated full bathroom is also on the lower level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and power outlet strips for all your electrical needs. Foyer has a bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Main level has a fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters with center island. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes. A large dining room table over looks the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a meal with family and friends. A unique feature to this townhome is a large side deck over looking the ocean. You can enjoy food and beverage on this large deck with enough seating for all to enjoy. Back inside, the living room area has a large flat screen television, and new comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. Out front on the ground level patio you will find a charcoal grill and new patio furniture. There is also 2 deck boxes there filled with chairs and beach toys for the kids. Hilton Beach Villas has a new private elevated walkway to the beach. This makes it easier for people with mobility issues to access the famous South Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks away. It has all the night life, shopping, dining, and services you need within easy walking or biking distance. We look forward to hearing from you!!!     Great oceanfront location and walking distance to Coligny shops, this townhouse end unit was the perfect place for two couples- lots of room and fairly well equipped kitchen. The only quibble was the hard to see/use front door entry keypad. Ask the rental agent for an old fashioned door key- much easier for older eyes.

    The grounds around the condo were very neat and secure behind an access gate, with private access to the beach. The condo was as described and clean. Kitchen area was well stocked with dinnerware for cooking all week. Didn’t feel like we needed to clean anything before using. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and nicely organized. We were a family party of 8, and had enough room and bathroom space. The condo had several locations to hang out outside and be in or out of the sun/wind. The area was quiet and did not feel busy. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach itself was beautiful. Many stores and shops that are close enough to walk to with sidewalks the entire way. Owner was responsive when texting and answered any questions we had during the week.

    Perfect Place for a Large group or family gathering
    There were four rooms so we were all able to enjoy our space and also be together in the living room for food and games. It was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and eating out. We all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms had comfortable beds. Great bathroom accommodations. Overall really wonderful place!

    Perfect for our family, great weather in February, when cool on the beach had a protected patio, best of all worlds. What a historic trip, tremendous history in Hilton Head and the Low Country. Fun restaurants. Home had everything we needed for a month long stay. Walked the beach every day, found lots of sharks teeth.

    The property is great with amazing views and access to the beach! Had most everything we need with the exception of a travel crib for the baby and beach towels. But the home was beautiful and had plenty of space The check in process was not smooth for us - we were not told we would need to visit the rental office or given this contact information until I asked for it the day before. The hours of the office were limited for communication, so plan ahead. Overall, highly recommend!

    Such an awesome place. Right on the beach with some awesome views. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Beds and rooms are so confy. This was definitely a premium space. The best part is property management company is literally a block away.
