Sleeps four and has a full updated kitchen and its own washer and dryer. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Dec 2015), decorated and updated with new Porcelain Tile floors and Nautical decor. High speed secure private WI-FI. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it as much as my family does. I want my guests to be completely happy and remain loyal guests for many years to come. Oceanfront Breakers is located in the beautiful Forest Beach area and I believe this Hilton Head Island Oceanfront property offers the most beautiful beach on Hilton Head Island. Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

Check my online calendar prior to emailing, as I update as needed. Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec I require minimum of 3 nights. MARCH THRU OCTOBER I ONLY RENT BY THE WEEK (Sat to Sat). Request for 5 or 6 nights is priced the same as a week. No pets allowed! My rate page is listed and rates are current. I manage my villa and have a reliable cleaning service.

Great location!
This property was perfect for me and my husband. It’s all about the location. The bed Was very comfortable and the view amazing. Although small it was all we needed for a few relaxing days at the beach. Just across the street from dining and shopping and an easy walk to the pool and beach.

Wonderful!
Jennifer made reserving & checking-in more than pleasant. The unit was clean, beautiful and fully stocked. We celebrated our anniversary watching the ocean from the balcony and when it got a little chilly, straight from the couch. The bed was very comfortable. There were beach chairs, all needed kitchen utensils and a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom necessities. The only problem with leaving this review is worrying that it will be rented when we want to come visit in the future. Thanks again Jennifer. We had a lovely time and hope to return again soon.

It would appear the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we arrived, there was a 1/3 of a leftover joint (marijuana) on the floor. We thought, ok, so someone just missed it but after walking barefoot on the floor, my feet felt gross. I started wearing socks and now the bottoms of my socks are black. I know the flooring type covers the dirt but once in a while, it should still be mopped.

The property met all my expectations ….. great view of the ocean, proximity to the water and other nearby places of interest, very comfortable / convenient furnishings, and an extremely responsive & friendly hostess who answered any questions I had previous to check in. I’ll definitely recommend this rental to others.
