I'm very sorry you did not enjoy your stay. It is difficult to address these issues when they are not mentioned during your stay, but in an anonymous review after you've left. We don't even know which room you stayed in to check on the bed or the a/c unit. As always, it's best to book with us directly to get the choice of room you want for the best rate. Just curious, was there anything that you enjoyed about your stay?
