Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

NO elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down stairs. This unit is on the 2nd floor.
NO parking: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.

Walking distance to beach
This quaint apartment is 2min from the beach and nightlife. Its the perfect place to crash after a day out exploring Waikiki and Honolulu. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a simple place to get out of the hustle and bustle.

Great spot
Everything went very smoothly. It is not a new place but we knew that going in. We received a great value. Close to everything that we wanted so we didn’t need a rental car. We had a small issue with the tv but our concerns were responded to very quickly and satisfactorily. We would definitely stay here again.

When we firat arrived. It wasnt too impressed from the front gate and on the way to the apartment. But once inside and spend the first night , it was great. Comfortable bed, well stocked, well communicated. Convenient. Closed to everything. Cost sufficient. Have everything we needed for our budget.

Careless Online Communication
I and my 5 year old grandson were the first to arrive as planned. My niece arrived 24 hours later and the last person who was booked for the trip did not make it. So overall, the apartment turned out to look very cleaned and fit for just the three of us to enjoy our stay in Waikiki. I would come back again to stay in the property but only after carefully making sure what happened does not happen again. The management emailed me with wrong instructions on how to get in the apartment and as a result, I and the child were locked out. We stayed outside the apartment for closed to 3 hours calling and texting management to come to our rescue with no avail. Finally, someone answered and we were able to get in. My bad experi

Great place!
Quiet place to stay but within walking distance of the beach and several places to eat, including food trucks right outside! Some parts were recently remodeled but other things (stove, trim) had quite a bit of wear and tear on them. However, the place was clean and had plenty of towels and dishes.

Excellent location, decent apartment
The location is excellent as it is one-and-a-half blocks off the main beach boulevard and beach of Waikiki It is also one block from the Diamond Head Park and zoo. It is an updated older one-bedroom apartment. Ideal for a couple, with its one king-size bed, though the sofa may sleep another one or two. The small kitchen cut down the cost of eating out, but the dinnerware needs to be replenished because there was only one drinking glass, though 4 coffee cups, and one of the two dinner plates was cracked. Street parking is available but costs $35 a day -- I believe it's through the city. The Cleaning Fee, Service Fee and Tax raised the price by $346 for our 3 night stay. Calls to the Ali'i Management Office were immediately returned for our questions.

Convenient
I don't know if I just did not notice or if it did not say, but the room is on the second story so there are some stairs involved. The place is not extremely modern or fancy, but basic, clean and very convenient to the beach and stores. Super location. I really enjoyed the facilities and would use them again. No parking. So that was a bit of a challenge in this area if you have a car.
