Excellent hotel to stay in Verona. Looks new, modern, clean, spacious room, well located and the buffet breakfast is delicious. The staff is very helpful and provides outstanding customer service!

I have to rate this hotel as excellent and it remains our favourite in Verona - very near to the arena where we saw the wonderful Tosca last night. The hotel staff are wonderful, so helpful and the breakfast selection was vast. The only issue my family had was the spa which had an issue with flies this year. I’m sure the management will get this resolved and we look forward to returning to this hotel in the future which holds so many happy memories for us. A special mention to the lady working in the restaurant - I remember her from our previous visits to this hotel and her wonderful smile greeted us every morning - Grazie:)

Very nice and inexpensive
Check-in was quick and easy. We parked on the street and were given a free parking pass to put on the dashboard of our vehicle. The rooms are small, but are clean and comfortable. We had a nice breakfast at the hotel for only 8 euro. All and all, this is an excellent value for the money.

Bed and pillows were far too firm , causing back issues. Only Italian tv and no English programme’s. Very quiet hotel and in a great area .

El hotel esta cerca de la arena, varias plazas y sitios comerciales muy agradables pero lejos del bullicio. Plaza Bra esta a unos 15 minutos a pie. No tiene restaurante pero si ofrece desayuno. Desde la estacion de tren de Verona se puede tomar un bus que llega a unas 3 cuadras del hotel

Small and comfortable hotel. Very nice room with a balcony. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Near to the center of Verona. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Positives: hotel is conveniently located only a few minutes walk from Piazza Bra + the Arena. The road in front is not very busy. Check-in was easy, the receptionist very kind and helpful, also those during the day. Just like the ladies serving breakfast, they were great, very attentive and helpful! The hotel was very clean, breakfast very good and the homemade cakes very tasty. Coffee was excellent - the best in a long time -. Now the negatives: unfortunately, quite a few. 1.) we caught a bank holiday, the hotel was full + in the rooms opposite were five young women who returned early morning (3 to 4 o'clock) with a lot of noise - no more sleep -. 2.) The night porter was not very helpful at all: we asked for some coffee sticks and milk for the room as the maid did not fill up: "This is not my responsibility, please ask tomorrow morning again." Customer service? 3.) On their Intranet site they offered a free of charge cocktail (one each per day). We used it 2 or 3 times, but there were no ice cubes (!!) available :-( They tried to charge us for these drinks - I had a picture of the screen. 4.) In the room the floor boards were moving and so the floor lamp was moving and squeeking. There was a step in the bathroom that took 2 days to get used to, not marked, easy to overlook and fall. 5.) We had a toast with ham and cheese, never had anything as dry as that: no butter, not properly toasted.

Pros and cons.
The service is great, and the condition of the hotel is excellent - very modern and clean and feels new. But, the walls are so thin I could actually hear every word of the conversation from the room next door. And the air conditioning is controlled by the front desk - either on (absolutely freezing) or off - but you must ask the front desk to control it. Those two things where significant, but there are many great things about the property too, so overall, good.

Highly recommended.
We booked this hotel for a last minute 4 night break in beautiful Verona. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a great power/monsoon shower. Breakfast was ordered off a menu card the previous evening and served at your chosen time from 7.30am onwards. The choice was good and excellent value at €5 each. The hotel is approximately a 5 minute walk to the Arena and 15-20 minute walk to the train/bus stations. Both bus and train services are both frequent and reliable with Lake Garda and Venice within easy reach. We enjoyed a great few days in the area and will return in the future.

A good choice!
Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the arena and piazza bra. Staff friendly, hotel clean. Excellent breakfast for only €5. We went to the spa, €25 for 90 minutes but you get exclusive use of sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Free drink each day between 6:30-7:30pm is a nice touch! Very quiet and peaceful at night.
