We have always enjoyed our stay here. Close to Los Algodones where we go for dental work. Danielle, who checked us in, was a delight to deal with…helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient!
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable it was just a little noisy I had a Corner Room next to the street. The young lady that checked me in was very polite and friendly polite and friendly fri street
They have a very nice pool area, both to swim but also just to sit in the picnic tables and chairs.

They don’t offer a list of tv channels. They do alert you that the guide on the digital TV is incorrect. They say pick a channel then scroll 1 channel at a time until you find what you are looking for.

There are lot of fast food restaurants in the area, but nothing we could find to sit down for a nice, but casual dinner.

I'd like to offer a few suggestions that might help mitigate the noise in the future. Many hotels can accommodate room requests based on availability. maybe requesting poolside room or calling directly to the hotel after making the reservation or before. it would help us know what your request is. but then again thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback about our property. we look forward to your return.
Don't stay here! We stayed for a week and not once did someone come to the room to empty the garbage, give us clean linen, nothing! The breakfast was poor, the coffee was terrible. The only saving grace was the staff at the front desk. They would do anything and give you wherever you asked for.

Ice machine did not work, the night shift worker was friendly and accommodating. However the morning staff was quite rude and wouldn't even give me a single ice cube for my coffee.
