Cozy cottage with a fireplace in the cottage, bonfire pit placed right into the concrete in the backyard, 75 feet of full lake frontage, dock available, and fresh laid sod. The bottom of the lake is sandy which is perfect for swimming with no need to drive to a beach. The lake is very shallow right by the dock which is perfect for children and pets.
